1900 PF or GF Cafe

Which would you choose for a DS4 5th Birthday? Grand Floridian Cafe or 1900 Park Fare. Do boys get anything special at 1900? I know girls get a wand and crown but I didn't know about boys? Also does GF Cafe do anything special for birthdays?

I don't know if they get anything special or not but the food at 1900 Park Fare was not very good when I visited. I will not go back.
