If it's all Pooh characters your looking for then Crystal Palace would be the place to go. I personally think the food is better at 1900 Parkfare.

Love CP! We find the food to be consistently good, wait staff is great, character interaction is good and it's such a pretty place !

IF you can get an ADR before the park opens, then CP.

If not, the food is better at 1900 PF. Not that CP is bad, and I love the puffed french toast, but everything else is superior at 1900 PF.

I have eaten at both and like the others have said, 1900 Park Fare food is much better. You could always see Pooh at Epcot in the UK pavillion.

I've never been to 1900 PF but I've done CP for breakfast & lunch before and enjoyed both!

**CRYSTAL PALACE** no question. 1900 PF is horrible. Food okay, but atmosphere awful.

We love the CP and have to do it every trip - we have been doing an early dinner to beat the crowds, but will be trying breakfast before the park opens next trip. You can't beat Pooh and friends - great character interaction and every time we have been there, the characters rotated around the room efficiently. Last time, they had people with them making sure that they met every character.
We did dinner at 1900 PF in February and were so disappointed, I can't imagine we will ever go back. The food was disappointing, not that CP is great, but we found it a bit better. The characters at 1900 PF look amazing, especially Lady Tremaine and the 2 step sisters, but after being there an hour, not 1 of the 5 had made it to our side of the room. Not very efficient or well run. I had really looked forward to meeting Lady Tremaine. We left without meeting anyone.......Another thing that was very weird, there was a bunch of staff standing around watching everyone eat, about 5 or 6 managers, etc. It did not make for a relaxing setting. The character rotation at 1900 must be an issue because everyone got a speech when they were seated about not approaching the characters - I can only assume that this is a common complaint. I also found the atmosphere of the Grand Floridian to be a bit stuffy which I hate to admit since that was always my dream Disney vacation, but I am second-guessing that now and looking at Wilderness Lodge.

Thankfully, we get to do both on our longer trips, but I would probably pick 1900. To me, it's less chaotic--I've never had to wait in a 10 minute line to get food at 1900. Also, I love Mary Poppins, so that would be another reason for me to go there as opposed to CP. Don't get me wrong, we love CP, but after having to wait in a 10 minute line for food and not getting to see all the characters in the 75ish minutes we were there, we gave it a little bit of a rest.
