My family of 4 may go to this restaurant the week of 4/15-4/21 (probably 4/17). If we don't have an ADR, will we just wait and wait? Or is it possible to get in?

A lot of places won’t take you if you don’t have an ADR even if one is available on the app currently. I would try to make one the same day before you go.
