What are the chances of my DD being able to dance with prince charming? She always talks about dancing with her prince and wondered if I could make it happen!

They have a minute or so when he dances with Cinderella, and then the characters make their way around the room separately greeting the guests.

It could depend on the prince, but my guess is that if your DD asked him to dance when he came by the table, he would at least do a couple steps. (Prince charming was absolutely wonderful to my DD when we dined at 1900 PF!)

Prince Charming asked my twelve year old DD to dance once. They play special music when it's time for the Prince and Cinderella to dance, and then they separate and each find a dance partner. Have your DD try making eye contact when that time comes, hopefully they will be in the same vicinity as your table.

one of my triplet got to dance for a big second with the Prince and he was asked by her because he thought it was so adorable how she was in wow with meeting him and couldn't peel her eyes from him LOL She was 4 at the time and it was priceless. We have been since twice and nothing. I think it depends on the prince more then anything. She could alway ask and see.
