I have been trying to get a table for 9 at 1900 park fare (at 180+ 10)but no luck. Is there a max number of seats at 1 table? I was able to split the reservation for the same time but just wondering why we couldn't get all 9 together.

I don't think any of the tables seat more than 8. I think it's mostly 4-tops, 6-tops and some round 8 seaters. If there is a larger table, there is likely only one, and that's not a restaurant that would be a place to shove smaller tables together. It would create issues for the character circulation.

Thank you. Thats good to know that I don't have to worry about checking all the time for a table of 9. I'm happy I got the same times for two reservations and hopefully they will seat us close together.

I had a group of 9 there once. I was able to make one ADR for all 9, but we were still seated at two tables right next to each other. As long as you tell them at check-in that you want to be seated together, they will try to make it happen.

Sorry to ask this question, but what if we have a reservation for 5 and want to add three others that we are going to meet up with on our stay. Can I add them to our reservation if I call? I certainly want to do this before we get down there in 30 days.

We've had an ADR for 9 there before. They had already pushed 3 4 top tables together before we were admitted in and that's where we sat. If memory serves there was an equally long table behind us with maybe 10 or so folks - just remember we all kept bumping chairs.

We had a group of 10 there two years ago - 6 adults, 3 paying kids, 1 1yo. We had 4 people on each long side, and the 1yo in her high chair plus an adult were on the end. The other end was against a half-wall. I'm not sure why you wouldn't be able to reserve a group that size anymore. Were you only trying to reserve online? Because some times it's just easier to talk to a CM on the phone in these situations. My Disney travel agent friend said she has better luck with CMs on the phone, booking things that seem unavailable online. She was the one who made this particular reservation for me.

The phone CMs don't have any extra power with ADRs. If you don't see a reservation for 8 or 3 online they likely won't either.

There needs to be new availability for a group of 8. You can't just add 3 to your existing ADR.
