1900 Park Fare Question

Is Mary Poppins always at the 1900 Park Fare Character Breakfast? I recently booked there because Mary Poppins is my wife's favorite Disney movie. Also, is 2 character meals in one day too much for a couple with no kids? LoL We are newly weds and this will be my wife's 2nd trip and I want to make it extra special!
Oh, and does anyone know if Remy is still making appearances at Chefs de France?

They never say with 100% certainty that a character will be there, I guess just to protect themselves. But, she SHOULD be. MP, Alice in Wonderland, Mad Hatter are the "usual" characters.

Chefs de France...Remy is there indefinately. Unless things have changed, you can see Remy at 12:30, 1:40, 2:50, and 5:20 pm Monday through Saturday. The show is about 40 min.

I think character dining is part of the Disney experience! PLUS, it means NOT having to wait in line to see the characters

We were there is 2010 and Mary Poppins was there...and she was so nice. Our youngest at the time did not like characters and she tried and tried to get her to like her as she wanted a picture done with her LOL it was funny. I hope you get to see her!

We eat there every year and i can't remember a time where i didn't see here. When i was younger you could take a pic with her while you waited for your table. Now she just walks to your table like everyone else. You could also call the restaraunt and ask if she is always there or if not figure out a time when she would be there.

I think MP is what Cinderella is to CRT and Belle is to Akershus (not in the sence you take a picture with her before your meal but that she can always be found there). After all, you can't have a Supercalifragilistic Breakfast (which is the actual name of the breakfast at 1900 PF) with no Mary Poppins.

My girlfriend and I have done 2 character meals in a day and we don't have kids. We just wouldn't do it with the same or similar characters at both meals.

Re: your question about Remy:

Remy appears Monday through Saturday at starting at 12:30, 1:40, 2:50 and 5:20. He does NOT appear on Sunday. I would recommend making a reservation no later than 30 minutes before the start of one of his rounds. You must be seated when he comes to your table...if you're in the process of being seated or away from your table he will not come back and you aren't allowed to go up to him. If you miss him, you will have to wait until his next circuit.

Remy is a highly sophisticated audio-animatronic figure that sometimes has mechanical difficulties so there is a possiblity that he won't appear as scheduled. He has even been known to break down midway through one of his rounds and has had to leave.

We've been fortunate to see him several times and found him and his "assistant" very entertaining.

For Mary Poppins - she also does regularly scheduled meet and greets at the UK pavillion in Epcot. The Times Guide will have her schedule listed.
