1900 Park Fare Breakfast

We have a reservation for 1900 Park Fare at 10:30am March 9th. This will be our first time relying on Disney Transportation and I'm just trying to get this straight. If I'm staying at POP and need to get to the Grand Floridian would I take the bus to MK and then either take the Monorail or boat to Grand Floridan? What time would you suggest leaving POP?

You are correct, bus to MK then either boat or monorail to GF, I think the boat might be a little faster.
I would be at the POP bus stop at 9-9:15, worst that could happen is you get there a few minutes early, which is what is recommended.
