Hi everyone, We booked disney a little later than some so was not able to get castle breakfast. probably better since our family our not big breakfast eaters any way. Our kids are daughter(6) and son(4). Was able to book dinner at 1900 Fare- more expensive but seemed like only alternative to see Cindy. Any feedback about this dinner from people would be appreciated. Was it worth the $$$. thanks Deb

My daughter loved the dinner more than eating breakfast at CRT. It is a buffet and the food is pretty good. There is prince charming, cinderella, suzy and perla. And ferry godmother sits out front. It seems a little less chaotic and the 1900 park fare is nice. My family actually prefers the dinner over breakfast.

I thought the food was one of the best character buffets around. Character interaction was wonderful - I think we actually saw more of CIndrella there than at the castle. Also ds really enjoyed meeting Prince CHarming. Don't forget to try the strawberry soup.

My daughters loved loved loved it!!!! We were there for the opening when the fairy godmother says bibbity boppity boo, throws confetti and opens the doors for dinner. Character interaction was one of the best we've been to. One of my favorite pictures from that trip is my daushters with prince charming. The food was wonderful too.

What is the dress code like for dinner? Like debs1963, we booked just a few weeks ago and we leave this Saturday!! YIPPEE! Anyway, we booked 1900 Park Fare since we couldn't do CRT. I'm starting to get things ready and will pack something nicer than jeans if need be.

THANKS!

I asked the CM when we booked and she said whatever we wear to the parks is fine. It would be fun to get a little more dressed up than shorts and t-shirts though. Have a great trip. Deb

We had the worst meal there.

I didn't like the restaurant (if you want to call it that. It seems more like they had an extra banquet room in the hotel and decided to "re-purpose" it. The place had absolutely no ambience, the characters were a touch on the rude to us (Prince Charming didn't even bother to come to our table. When a CM who was "handling" the characters asked about this and was made informed, he had our son go to someone ELSE'S table to see the prince....when it was my 19month old daughter who I wanted to get the picture with...Cinderella was gone in a matter of 30-60 seconds...barely stopped for the photo) and quite frankly I thought the food not only was on the bland side, the selection was minimal and we all felt sick that night and the next day.

Avoid the place at all costs.
