So which should we get??? I right now have Akershus booked for the day after our P&P Party at 8:20 AM kinda early after the party ... so i was thinking we could try to get into 1900 for an early dinner before the party ... but it seems like the reviews are better for the akershus???? What do ya think? We haven't had either, i did have AR for tony's the night of the P&P but i could cancel if i need to... hummmm

We took our 2 nieces to the Princess Breakfast at 8:30 and it was fantastic. We were the first ones in the park and the first ones to see Belle in her yellow gown and be seated. The put us in the back corner by the kitchen, there is a door in the wall that the Princesses come out of. The food was very good and the characters were amazing!

bumping up to see if i can get some more opinions, i'm going to be calling tomorrow to see if i can get into 1900 for dinner cancel my tony's that eveing and the princess b'fast tomorrow unless i hear bad things, i think it'd just be better since we have the P&P party that way we aren't getting up so early the day after... hummm decisions !!!

We took our 1.5 yo dd and 4 yo ds to 1900 Park Fare for dinner last week, and it was great. The food was really good for a buffett, the characters spent plenty of time with us and were really witty, and the hostess' and servers were all really friendly. I thought it was quite an enjoyable experience. Never dined at Askerhaus, so can't comment there.

We went to 1900 for dinner and Akershus for breakfast and really enjoyed both. I would probably pick Akershus, though, just because it was a bit more relaxing to be served family style.
We saw Mary Poppins, Mulan, Belle (at the door for pics), Sleeping Beauty, and Jasmine. My dd really enjoyed it :)
But.. the step sisters were a riot at 1900.

I would actually do both!

That is what we did a few weeks ago. Dd loves all the princesses, and Cindy is her favorite!

We did Akershus for breakfast early in our trip. Belle was at the door and we saw Snow White (dd was wearing her dress), Mulan, Jasmine, and Aurora during the meal. Dd (6.5yo) was enchanted w/ all of them.

Four days later we went to dinner at 1900 Park Fare. Dd loved this meal as well. She wore her Cinderella dress and the character interaction was fabulous!

To be honest I can't pick one over the other. I definitely think it was worth it to skip a castle meal and do both of these events instead...for the same amount of meal credits!

Good Luck whichever you decide.

we we just changed to the 1900 dinner, i just didn't want to push everyone to much in the first two days there... we have the girls at BBB at 8:10 Friday morning, and the P&P party all night that night so before the party starts we'll go eat a nice dinner and then the next day at Epcot we can get there when we get up and around!

My dd wore her Snow White dress, too. I think that's currently her favorite one of all, but she wasn't there the morning we were there (I thought she was a regular, but I guess it's one of those things you can never be quite sure of).
