1900 Closed?

I was told that 1900 Park Fare is closed until October 1st. Is this true?

It is closed for some reason temporarily. Meals are to be served at another spotin the grand floridian, cant remember where. they will have the characters but will be preplated meals instead of buffet.

1900 is going thru a rehab right now. They are serving in the GF Cafe for now. It is not a buffet but plated meals instead. I know it's a bummer. This was one of my fav buffet at WDW. Another bummer is that the GF Cafe menu is on hiatus until the 1900 rehab is done.

We are going for our anniversary to WDW, and knew about the rehab, but not about the effect it would have on the Cafe. So when making meals plans we decided to do GF Cafe instead, and that's when we found out.

Oh well, we'll enjoy it when it reopens.
