19 days to go and no docs

I leave in 19 days, but still have not received my docs from Disney.

Should I be worried???

We are going the same day! I received my package last Thursday, but my mother who is booked in another room has not received hers yet. She has my son on her reservation so he is getting stressed thinking he is not going now. I hope when she goes home tonight she has it. We will keep our fingers crossed it will be here soon.

OMG, has your address changed? be you should call, I have 50 days and just asked the same question, as when to expect them

I called today and they were sent out on the 3rd of July.
They are going to send another package out today.

Well my mom still did not get hers yesterday. I don't know if we should wait a couple more days or not? 18 days to go!!!

Definitely call! I am going just a few days earlier and received mine after the July 4th weekend. I assume you are referring to the DME documents. Make sure you call the Magical Express number (866-599-0951). If it is for package documents just call the regular reservation line. Have a great trip!

Well my mom never received it So I called tonight and the girl on the phone said, well you can just get it when you get there So I guess my son and mom wont get there lugage tags now. I don't know if I should call back tomorrow to talk to someone else and see what they say?
