18th Birthday at WDW suggestions PLEASE!

My oldest DD is bringing a friend with on our trip to WDW this summer. Kind of an HS graduation present for them. Anyway, her friend will turn 18 while we are down there and I would like some suggestions of how to make it special. $$ wise it should be kept within reason, but none the less fun and memorable.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

it all depends on what she'd like & what you'd like to give but for a teen girl,
-wdw has bday badges at gs at the themeparks
-free character bday calls at wdw resorts by request
-you could order a birthday cake*for a fee at most signature restaurants
-maybe a special themed bday gift like a personalized disney shirt from disneyinkshop.com or pin from disneydirect.com
-treat a special character dinner
-dancing & karoake at atlantic dance or jellyrolls at the bw, 18 is allowed.
-concert at house of blues
