187 SSR points for rent/transfer @ $18 p/pt

These are Feb UY and can be used at any resort; I can book a reservation up to 11 months ahead in SSR & 7 months ahead in other resorts. If transferring points, they can be banked by Sep 30 for another year of use. If you need more than 187 points I may be able to use points from my other membership

I am an experienced renter & have excellent references; I will do everything possible to make your Disney vacation the best. Please provide dates, resort(s), & type of accommodation (studio, 1 BR, etc) so that I can check availability, and feel free to ask questions. I will need at least one adult name to start a reservation. Paypal or Zelle preferred; fees, if any, to be paid by the recipient of points.

I just checked and VGF is waitlist only for DVC members. There are rooms available for retail customers directly through Disney if that's your preferred resort, but hey are not part of our DVC availability.

Yes, I can transfer 150 points. I would require 50% before the transfer and the balance once you confirm that you have received it. We may have to do a conference call with DVC. If interested, please let me know and I will contact DVC for any new requirements. Then we can arrange things via PM.

Sorry to say that your dates are waitlist only at the Grand Californian. I checked other dates and there's no availability at all in November or December.

I can't book the Disneyland hotel for you because it's not one of the DVC resorts and requires a trade, which gets complicated so I don't do that. There are retail rooms available for your dates if you want to check them out.

Resort: prefer OKW, but after OKW in order for preference Boardwalk Villas, Riv Tower Standard, Saratoga Springs Standard or Preferred and Animal Kingdom Standard.
Room Type: Standard
View is not important.

I am fine with staying two nights and moving or even one night if I can start at anything but Animal Kingdom.
