On average, how long did it take for them to contact you after they received your paperwork? I am hoping to get in on the training for the 16th but haven't heard from them yet.

If anyone here sent in their paperwork and it was received last week please post when you hear from them so we know there is hope...lol.

It took about 50 min. I don't see why you couldn't put it on both.

No...make an appt and let the trainer know that you set up the appt to have it installed. They then will email you your employee papaerwork.

Ok I am done the first 5 hrs. The first hour is roll call & basically getting everybody on the same page. HR, The Bridge & a Trainer come on the line to explain how the company works. You get a 20 min break about half way through where you log off. They are very helpful and walk you through everything. If you have questions be sure and ask the trainer because someone else is probably thinking the same thing.

Make sure you have a comfy place to work. I sat at my desk for a bit & then moved into my comfy chair in my office. Make sure you pee! LOL

I was on the computer for the entire time. I used a laptop.




To confirm the employee discount is 30% on all of the companies.

During the 5 hours of training are you on the phone and on the computer the whole time or is it like one of those online classes where you are only on the computer but not on the phone?

I'm trying to figure out if I need to get someone over to help with my kids during this time. If I am just on the computer I can tell them to get the milk, leave mommy alone, turn on the tv sort of thing but I hate to keep telling them stuff if I am on the phone too!!

Yes you are on the phone also. Alot of people had backround noise (a smoke detector beeping because it needs a battery, kids coming in, a dog barking etc) I found it very distracting. Take noise and multiply it by 15...and thats what we heard at times. I would also recommend calling someone with your headset and adjusting it prior to the call. I called my sis & found out she could hear me breathing LOL. A few people didn't and when they first started talking it was like a megaphone!!!! I'm sure as the training goes on we will work out all these bugs. I put my cats & dog in the garage because I didn't want anyone to hear my zoo barking & meowing LOL! You get alot of information so the fewer distractions the better. HTH
