Does anyone who was in training that ended on Friday have that telephone number to change our passwords? I seem to have missplaced mine!
 
Nicole, sorry I don't. Sadly I forgot to write it down...=o(
However I think I may already have a "complex" password as when I called tech support when the training pw didn't work they had me pick one with a combo of numbers/letters.

Are you attending the 1pm or 6pm meeting Monday?
 
Thats right, I forgot about that. I doing the 6 o'clock meeting on Monday. (this is paid I hope) lol
Did you get your scedule yet? I am so put off by only ONE gold rush day sceduled. And its only for like 3 hours. I was really hoping for lots of Disney Money!! Lol
 
No schedule at all here. I can't believe they said we must work all three days, etc, etc and to schedule you for 3 hours?!?!?! Nuts!
 

The tech # to change the password is 516-237-6077. I was always getting locked out during training. I hope that 3 hour schedule is a mistake. I would hate to think we wasted our time and $ for a second phone to get 3 hours of work. My schedue still isn't up. Maybe the call on Monday will clear thigns up.

Thanks Angela..I appreciate it. I hope that the hours were a mistake as well. I am very disapointed thus far. I really hope that the meeting Monday will clear things up as well. Lets hope. Have any of you gotton your scedule yet?
 
Nicole I have not gotten any schedule. I just called tech support to change my password and it is not working. I could not understand the letters the tech was saying, even when he used a word. I thought he said B as in Raoul! So I guess I will call back later and try again. He repeated the password 3 times too. Let's hope Monday shows us with some real hours!
 
I finished training on Friday and emailed that lbeaman@1800flowers.com but of course no answer and no schedule.

I will be on the conference call on tommorow at 6 so we will see what is up
 
I graduated on Friday and got my new password etc but I haven't heard about a meeting today. I emailed my trainer Lori from the past two weeks because our Mentor Raquel said we should be getting a welcome letter either Friday or Saturday and I haven't gotten it yet
 
Hi all,

I got the email from my supervisor with all of the important info (like the scheduling link, etc...).

Well I emailed my supervisor back asking about my schedule, and she said that I had to go through a availability session with Linda Beaman. I told her that we attended a session about scheduling during training and submitted our NON-Gold Days availability and got confirmations from that. I also told her that we were in a session on yesterday and were excused from that after they verified that we had attended the session priviously.

Has anyone else NOT gotten their schedules???? If not have you heard about a session with Linda Beaman. I know that most of us emailed her, but I dont know about you guys but I never heard from her.

BiBi emailed me and told me she was sending a note to Linda to have it done today but still NOTHING! I am to say the least upset over this, much $$ was spent for phone lines, headsets, etc. And yesterday all I can say is WOW, what madness. =o(

If anyone hears anything I'd love an update.

I just heard from the supervisor just now and she said that based on what I said then I did attend the training so she is guessing that they are still behind.

It was complete madness wasnt it????? unorganization is the word to be used. I spent alot as well, I guess the only thing we have to look forward to is getting the first check to cover the costs of all of this. problem is the next check will be zero so that is a full month with no money.

If I hear anything else I will let you know.
 
I finally got the welcome email this morning but no schedule. No answer from lbeaman's email either. I also emailed the SSM that was on my email Saraya, but no response. I was thinking of IM'ing her tomorrow since her AIM name is on the email as well. I don't know what else we can do.
 
WOW!! so sorry to hear of your frustrations with flowers..
 
May I ask to those of you who have completed training...have you received a paycheck yet? This coming Friday *should* be my first payday, but I am not sure what to expect.
