I am in the daytime class as well, things are much smoother today. I am wondering how we are going to do live calls with so many people. I think we will be ok if we all get any practice.

Kelley I am glad you got all your problems fixed yesterday, I am sure that was frustrating. I heard you say that you had moved so that is how I know you are rom DIS. I don't post here often but I read everyday.

Has anyone actually started taking real calls yet? Has anyine gotten paid and were there any problems with your paycheck? I was just wondering because that other website someone posted said a few people had been having problems.

I like it so far, I just wish our class was a little smaller, but MentorMaria is wonderful!!

Last night was my first training class. What an experience!:eek: We waited over 2 hours for everyone to figure out how to log into the chat room and the citrix screen. Then we had a woman who kept breaking in on the call stating that we were using her line and everyother word out of her mouth was the F*** Bomb. :sad2: Hopefully everyone is more prepared tonight. :confused3
 

I'll be picking up flowers calls through a separate call center starting in a few days...I'm hoping things go well. The screens are a little more complicated then the ones Im use to....After practicing a while I'm getting the hang of it...I hope the live calls go well...

We are contracted to do some holiday work. Looks like it will good money for those few days...
 
I hope our second night is better! I hope the Fbomb lady doesn't pay us a visit again:rotfl2:

You will get off of the conference call to do your live calls, you will still have your chat but nobody will be on the phone with you except the customer.

QA listens in periodically but not every call from my understanding

Thanks Jill! I am so glad I'm all fixed, it was so frustrating. This class is huge, but it's going much smoother.
 
Yay, graduation is tomorrow!!!
We also filled out our MDAY schedules but no schedule yet
More sales calls today, I'm glad they are getting easier. Tomorrow is customer service calls , those I am nervous about.
 
There were predefined hours to choose from for Thurs, Fri and Sat. Then we had to fill in hours for all of the other days from the 6th to the 15th. We could almost pick anything 24 hours a day
 
On Gold Rush days we have to work 8-12 hour shifts on other days in Gold week it is 7-12 hours a day. You can put in for as many as you like
 
I am on the computer set up call right now and I can not get on to the main page. I keep getting the same message when i click on home agents "the socket is not bound to an address"
In my message center it states I have not downloaded the citrix yet, which I have! I tried to undownload and redownload it and it hasn't worked. Anyone know what i should do?

Sorry. I never heard that happen to anyone during our setup process. I wish I could be more help. Good luck!!!
