How didy our live calls go last night? (even though we had hardly any time at all.)

Mine went okay. The woman knew what she wanted. But I hope I didn't mess it up. She kept "talking" and taking me off my script. LOL i felt like a trained dog that someone kept trying to corrupt. lol
oh well. here's to hoping that we get more time tonight to Practice! ( )

Is anyone else training this week during the day? We have a huge class! I think like 47 people. I had a heck of a time yesterday, but things are going much more smoothly now that my computer issue is fixed.

I was wondering if anyone was way behind you all like I am.

I have my PC setup on Thursday and start training on Monday. Apparently they added a class because they could not get everyone setup ontime and it's an abridged version so we will only be training for 1 week and 1 day. AHHH! I hope it's enough. Guess they want to get us done before the Mother's Day rush.

With all the computer problems out there I think I am going to try to switch BACK to IE6. Not sure how easy this is though.

The TA just had me uninstall IE7 and IE6 was still on my computer. I was a bit worried about it. I haven't had any more problems since switching back.

We took our first Live calls last Friday and now this week we are taking live calls for an hour everyday except for Friday where it will be 2 hours of live calls.

I hope I can take a live call tonight. Last night 6 of us weren't able to get live on avaya. I hope they got our extensions working. i was nervous about taking a call but once I signed into avaya, I was ready.Then nothing. we were on the phone until about 11:15, DH wanted to know if i was being paid overtime.
