180 Days plus 10 question

Today is my 180 day mark. I called to make my dinign reservations. Was able to make our dinner resrvation for our arrival night. She said I needed my resort confirmation number to make the rest of our ADRs. I couldn't access my number because it is saved in my aol email and for some reason, I can't access aol.com today.

So when I called to order my MNSSHP tickets I got my resort reservation number, they transfer me back to dining. I start to make reservations for Oct. 29th and she asks me what dining plan I am on. I tell her none and she says then I have to call back tomorrow to make my Oct 29th ones. I told her it was my understanding that those staying at a Disney resort can fo the 180 +10 and she said no, only with the dining plan.

So, am I right, or is the CM?

Absolutely call and get another CM. From many conversations on the boards, it seems that the Reservation CM training has taken a hit lately.
