180 Days Out and Website Not Working?

So I just hit my 180 day window this morning for our stay at Beach Club at the end of Feb. I went to book my dining reservations on line at 6 am Eastern. It shows that the window has opened up and that I can book reservations. It gives me the available time. When I select the time I want it would not let me book the reservation. An error came up that there was a problem booking the reservation and that I should try again later or call the dining line. I have done it for a few different restaurants during our stay on different days--same error. It will go all the way through if I try a reservation before our stay.

Has this ever happened to anybody before????

I got up at 5 am central to do this! I guess I will call them when the dining line opens up and make the reservations . . .
 
I was able to book my ADRs at 6am online (using Chrome as my browser). It is frustrating though when the site doesn't work correctly..I hope you were able to call and get everything that you wanted!:-)

Update: I called and I was able to get Sci Fi and Via Napoli but the CM said she did not see any availability for BOG. But that makes no sense because I can see the availability on line. She also said she could not book Skipper's Canteen??? So I sent an email to my TA to see if she can figure it out for me. Hopefully it will all get sorted out today. I am going back to bed . . .
 
Glad you got a couple out of the way, but how frustrating for you! I was able to book BOG on 3/2 for 14 people for lunch - yet you couldn't get any times thru the CM? You mentioned your TA ...when you booked your resort reservation, did you input your confirmation number in MDE? There may be a chance you're not recognized as having a resort reservation on your online account and therefore not able to book online. Although by your posts I can see you visit very often, so that's probably a long shot that it's what is causing the problem. Not sure, but just a thought...

Everything looked fine in MDE and the booking window showed up in the on-line dining. I am guessing it was just a glitch. And I have no idea what was up with the CM ... Just a matter of one issue on top of another.

So my TA had no problem getting me everything that I wanted. So problem solved! I got BOG for 2/30 at lunchtime just like I wanted. Everything worked out.

I have always been one of those people who booked everything on my own. I have never used a TA before to book Disney. Having her being able to step in and get this fixed really paid off, so I may be a TA convert now.

Sherri: 14 people wow! Sounds like you are going to have a great trip. Thanks for your notes this morning. It is nice having somebody sympathize with me. DH goes not get it . . .

Oh good I'm glad it worked out for you! We use AAA and our agent is really good, but I do all the ADRS and FP+ because I love planning . You absolutely have someone here who "gets it" and can definitely commiserate when things don't go the way you want them too.
Actually 14 people was easier to plan for this trip..I've booked ADRs for up to 28 in the past..now that's crazy:D

I am having the same problem. I talked to the technical folks today and they said it is a known issue. She said it is happening to everyone but I don't believe that part to be true.

I can make them for the 180 days as they open but not the +10 days out.
 
Disney's system definitely has the glitches in abundance today for you two !>:(
 
I had/have the same problem (still currently in my 180+10 window) using Firefox as my browser but Chrome works fine.
 
I'm also having tons of glitches today. Not with trying to make ADRs, but just viewing the ones I've already made.
 
I can start my ADR's on Sept 5. When I log into MDE, will it allow me to book my 180 days +10 days out or just the 180 days out? I notice now the website only goes 180 days out and I wasn't sure if that changed once you're logged in and in your window.

If you're staying on property, then when your 180 day window opens, you will be able to book for length of stay (up to 10 days).
