I'm currently planning for my honeymoon at WDW May 26-June 1! It's my first trip to WDW, FH has been many times but only stayed on property once years ago. We're so excited!

I've been putting together our ADRs for the week and would appreciate any input and suggestions. I'd also love ideas for alternatives in case a restaurant is booked up. We're not very big breakfast eaters, so we'll probably grab a pastry in the park most mornings, eat CS for lunch, and TS for dinner. FH has the palate of a four-year-old, but I like to be adventurous, so restaurants with options for both would be best. Oh, and we're paying OOP unless we get free dining, so value on the DDP isn't a consideration.

Sun, May 26
arriving after dinner and headed to MK for EMH - what's your favorite snack?

Mon, May 27 - Epcot
Lunch - whatever strikes our fancy in the World Showcase
Dinner - 5:45 Tutto Italia (ADR)

Tues, May 28 - Animal Kingdom
Lunch - Flametree BBQ
Dinner - 6:20 Jiko (ADR)*

Wed, May 29 - Magic Kingdom
Breakfast - 8:05 pre-park opening at Crystal Palace (ADR)
Lunch - Be Our Guest
Dinner - 6:45 'Ohana for Wishes, hoping to rebook for 7:30ish (ADR)

Thurs, May 30 - Hollywood Studios
Lunch - Starring Rolls
Dinner - 6:50 Yachtsman's Steakhouse (ADR)*

Fri, May 31 - Magic Kingdom
Lunch - in park QS
Dinner - 5:30 Les Chefs de France (ADR)*

Sat, June 1 - park of our choice
Lunch - in park QS

Thanks in advance!

My fave at Epcot is Tangierine Cafe, but Sunshine Seasons also has good varied selections. Really in Epcot almost anything in the countries is good. You could also "snack around the world" in WS.

For dinner on your HS day what about Yachtsman steakhouse? I have not been but my sister has and says it is great. I have also seen a few dining reports that include YS and everything looks wonderful!

Tangierine Cafe was one of the ones I thought. Maybe we just won't have plans and will eat whatever looks good whenever it looks good! :)

I'll put Yachtsman on the shortlist of restaurants to show him.

Weds that's alot of food. For DHS we love the Hollywood Brown Derby. For USF go with Emerils you won't be sorry or go with Tchop Chop Emerils other place. We love them both.

Yachtsman Steakhouse is superb! Also maybe try Flying Fish. That was my favorite meal of my trip!

It is, but I figured we'd spread them meals out - early breakfast, late lunch, really late dinner timed for Wishes. Breakfast at CP is more about meeting characters and getting in the park early so we can take "empty street" pics and beat the crowds.

Any specific suggestions for favorite dishes at Emeril's?

The shrimp & Biscuit App is wonderful. I have eaten at 4 of Emerils places & loved everything. you can get a ressie on emerils website.

We're officially booked and have made all our ADRs! We ended up deciding to focus on Disney (and get more Magic Kingdom time!) this trip and drop the plans to go to Universal, since it looks like we'll be headed there in 2.5 years for my sister-in-law's graduation.

Also decided to trade Boma for Jiko, went with Yachtsman's for the signature steak night, and added Les Chefs de France for the former Universal day.

I can't wait! Now just keeping my fingers crossed for room discounts so we can afford to upgrade to a Deluxe resort! :goodvibes
