I thought that during my obsessive lurking on this site that I had read somewhere that even if you have a reservation # with rented DVC points you still can't do the 180 +10 online? Is this true if you call too or just to do the online version? Or did I read that wrong?

I have rented DVC points for our stay at OKW in December and was able to book all my reservations on line at 180 +10. :thumbsup2

Claire :)

For a while, the 180+10 wasn't working online for DVC reservations (like a long while). But I have read that is fixed now.

Thank you for the info! I've never done this on my own (used a TA last time) but it seems fairly simple wish me luck, my window opens wed.

Yes, it is fixed. At least it was in June when I made my Dec. reservations.

You need the resort reservation number, if you don't have it, get it from the member you're renting from.

Unfortunately, it is not working again online. Today, I was able to book for the day that was 180 out but nothing beyond that. I get a message saying that my resort reservation does not qualify for extended booking booking dates. And I am the DVC owner.

I'm a DVC member and it wasn't even working for me last week. Just call and you'll be fine.

So aggravating.

This is the same message I received in June when booking for December. I only wanted 2 reservations, so I just waited for the 180th day out.
This is very frustrating when you're trying to book a week of reservations, and have to switch them around a bit.

I couldn't make the ADR's on Friday online for my 180+10 but called in and it was no problem. It wouldn't link my reservation number. They did it on line and all worked out well.

Had the same issue as everyone else. Today I could book for January 18th, our first day, but nothing past that. Ended up having to call and make our ADRs that way. Annoying but at least all of our ADRs have been made!

I did it! Its 5:38am and all my reservations are made! It let me do everything on line! I even got Crystal Palace at 8:05 and Chef Mikeys at 7:45 of course in my sleepy stupor I forgot to write down all the confirmation numbers will I get an e-mail or do I have to call to get them?

Sounds great! Yes, you should get confirmation emails.
