180 + 10 question

Some friends are able to book their dining tomorrow since their 180 + 10 starts tomorrow. However, the dates of their trip are not grayed out like I'm used to seeing. Know what I mean? I know their trip dates aren't clickable until tomorrow, but usually the trip dates are grayed out which usually tells me that the trip dates are being recognized in their account. Do you think this is a sign that something isn't quite working right?

My fear was confirmed. The system wasn't recognizing the hotel reservation. It was resolved by calling text support.
