180 + 10 question

This is the first time we have planned (and booked) a trip prior to 180 days. Does the 180+10 mean I can book 190 days out for each ADR or do I start at day 180 and book for the entire trip?

You have to be staying at a Disney resort to get 180+10. Otherwise, you have to book at the 180 day mark of each individual day.
