We will be spending 14 nights in WDW on an upcoming trip and I've never stayed this long before! I know we have 180+10 privileges, but I'm just wondering when I will be able to book ADR's for nights 11 - 14? Is it a "rolling" ADR policy, meaning the day after I book the 180+10 I can book night 11 and then so on? Or do I need to wait until 180 days prior to night 11 to book that day's ADR's? I hope that makes sense!

I have been told that you aren't allowed that you have to wait the 4 days but when I booked at 180 days they let me book the 11th day with no issues.

It's a rolling 180+10. So, 180 days from check-in you can make ADRs for your check-in date and the following 10 days (effectively, 11 days). Then, the next day (179 days from check-in) you can make ADRs for your 12th day. 178 days from check-in, you can make ADRs for your 13th day, and so on.

HTH.
