I am going to try for the chefs table when our 180 plus 10 open up. I heard that you have to try to go late into your stay and I have to call.
Who do I call and what time does the ADR's open at.
Do I call the ADR number or V&A directly and what time do they open for calls?
Thank You

They are separate from the main dining number. Their phone number is (407) 939-3862 I'm not sure what time to call since I've only made reservations online for the main dining room. If someone else doesn't know the time you can call them, call the restaurant today before 5pm. You can ask them when you should try calling. The later into your stay the better chance you have since there is only one seating per night. You can also put your name on a wait list for a different night if that's the one you'd really prefer. If you don't want the chefs table you can make reservations through the Disney app for the main room and Queen Victoria room. If the restaurant isn't open at the same time as you can make reservations online, maybe make one of those as a backup if you can't get the chefs table.

Since there is only 1 seating for the Chefs Table is the price per person or per table. I read that it is approx. $250 a person but if there is only 2 people do they charge a flat fee for that table or would it just be the price per person.

The price is per person, but there is not a minimum for the table. So if you wanted just the two of you, you could book that.

this might sound wrong, we our going with another family our family me DW and DS ( 8) another family DW good friend and her niece (7). I am a food junkie LOVE GREAT FOOD and DW wife good friend is a food JUNKIE loves GREAT food. If we can get it myself and wifes good friend will be going out for dinner that night. Wife is going to hang with the kids that night. So 1st choice will be Chefs Table 2nd choice with be Queens room I believe that is the room that has only like 4 tables.

If all the adults want to go, I believe there are child programs where you can drop your kids off at. I think there's one at the Polynesian. Not entirely sure how they work since I've never used one, but that's on option so someone doesn't have to miss out on the meal. The Queen's room does have only 4 tables, but if you book early and into your trip I don't see it being a problem to book.

I believe the V&As phone line opened at 7am when I called to book my wedding dinner at Chef’s Table but it might have been 9am. I left a message and they called me back to confirm my reservation.
