$178 RT for December

For my airport that is pretty good. But, it can sometimes go to $140pp.

This is out of Syr on JetBlue. I've gotten a little better before on SW but just not sure...

it depends, is it for the first two weeks of dec.? you could might be able to get a little better price. but if its the last two weeks of dec., i would book it. especially SW, if you get a ding you could always rebook the flight and get the credit without being charged a change fee. holidays are always alot of money, my flights are still around $300. i should have booked SW when then released the new dates for dec. It would have been cheaper by $50 to $75.

I usually fly out of Newark and sometimes JFK. My magic number is $200 to Florida (MCO and PBI). If I find that or lower, I book. $100 each way, to me, is a good price for our family of 4.
We booked JetBlue for our December 2 trip from EWR to MCO and paying a total of $218. A little more than I wanted to spend but I was happy it was out out EWR (close to my home) and booked.

I'd book. We saw rates of $178 a month or two ago for our Dec 7-16 trip. I waited, knowing the rates would go down. Then a couple weeks ago the rates jumped to $236RT. I was sweating for sure, since we have 14 in our group. Luckily SW dropped that back down to $178 and I grabbed them up quickly!! I figure if they go down again I can deal with having a credit.

Hey I booked for that price out of Syracuse too! But we're going in January. I'm glad I got it because the price is now $40 more than that!

Not knowing important details like airport and weeks...I would say book it-Fall sales are on now, and with all carriers having their rates out I doubt it will go lower. If it is ALB book for sure...only concern would be if it were on NWA.

wow, I would love to pay that. I searched for air out of Minneapolis, Mn in Oct and it was 435 a person.

I would in a second! I paid $177 last December from Boston and that was a great deal I thought. Anything under $200 I feel from the Northeast is good.
