175 BWV points available for Transfer

Hi everyone. Long time lurker and first time poster. I have 175 points currently and would be willing to transfer them to an existing owner. 25 of these points will be expiring in October. I haven't traded or rented points before so I'd like to keep it simple and stick to just transfering them within DVC.

Anyone interested does not need all 175 but must take at least the 25 that will be expiring in October. I know I can not go this year and I really dont want them to go to waste. Points are available at $10/pt.
