Just an FYI, I successfully booked a Disney Dream cruise through UPromise portal on Priceline Cruises. You receive a check 60-90 days after your trip. Only counts towards cruise fare, not taxes and fees.

That's the one! Only good for new bookings through 9/30. I just did a cheap Dream cruise to see how cheap I can do it! Most cashback portals only offer 10%, have seen 20% very briefly.
