16 Million Dollars to DISNEY WORLD

hi all,my hubby sub-contracts through a carpet store here in town, and the owner told them week before last that they had a convention to go to for store owners and guess where it was going to be,DISNEY WORLD!!!!!!my hubby went into work this morning and called as quick as he left the carpet store to tell me that the carpet manufactuer SHAW CARPET paid for everything for all the store owners and their families,there were about 1000 store owners plus their families which brrought the total to about 3000 people total.they had rooms for them at the DOLPHIN for a week and paid for all the park admissions, after the parks closed for regular business hours,they kept them open for the convention goers and their families dont know how much longer the parks were open,though.they also paid for all their food for everyone, i just could not believe they done all that for them,THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN AWESOME, the owner of the store told my hubby this morning that SHAW spent a WHOPPING 16 MILLION DOLLARS at DISNEY,CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT, WOW.that just made me wish i had a carpet store, LOL.

I don't believe the 16 million part but I can believe the rest of it....maybe 1.6 million because that would be around 500 dollars a day per person. Still a bit high because not all those persons would have been attending the conference...the family members would have been roaming around using park passes and eating which would have cost less than $500 a day...also staying in the same room as the primary attendee.
