i am looking to transfer/rent the points i can not use this year. i have been to disney twice, but have points still avail since i purchased a new contract.
all of my points are february 2011 use year. they can be banked for 2012 if transfer is done.
as the title says these are 159 BLT and 148 BCV points, so i can get those two locations at the 11 month window and all others at the 7 month window.
i would truely prefer to transfer these points before renting.
if renting i would prefer something that is within the summer months of may-september. (again banking reasons for this.. i have to bank my points by end of september)
here are my rules and prices for the points:
pricing:
transfer or rent over 250 points for $10 per point
transfer or rent over 150 - 249 points for $11 per point
transfer or rent less then 150 points for $12 per point
transfer rules:
we will do a three way call with member services to process the transfer. paypal will need to be done while on the phone and once the paypal is complete i will transfer the points.
renting rules:
i need to have the dates, room type and location you want for the reservation.
after we have settled on this and you receive an email with confirmed reservation #, 25% of the rental price is due within 48 hrs via paypal.
90 days prior to arrival date or september 29th, 2011 (due to banking for my use year) whichever date is first, the remainder of the money must be received via paypal.

once we have agreed to everything and reservation is complete i will give you my cell and work number if you need to get a hold of me for anything.
