I had Steve try the lamb slider because I wasn't too sure about it. I had read great reviews about it before we left, but I still wasn't convinced it was good. He did like it. I tried a bite and it just wasn't for me...
So, my friends, this concludes the Lill Family's Food & Wine Festival Report for 2007. Hopefully, with any luck, we will be back again later this year to do another report on the 2008 International Food & Wine Festival.
Nope, I didn't really like it. I suppose I'll give it another chance this year if they have it again. Do you cook lamb, or do you have it out at restaurants?
Here's my question for the F&WF guru...How many "extra" countries show up each year? We just decided to go down again in early October woohoo: ) so I think I need to start planning!
Woooohoooo! CG is always a must on our trips too. We figure its the best value for the money on property-at least for our family it is. I could definitely go for that Caesar Salad and Oak Fired Beef Filet. And that flatbread....oooh...we get that on every visit! Can you tell I"m in need of a good meal? I love that you guys all coordinate...makes for very cool pictures!
The food looks awesome. We've never been to California Grill, but we might have to try it, especially if we ever go back without the kids again. That filet with the mashed potatoes looked awesome!
California Gril... it's becoming a tradition with us as well, except we only follow the tradition when we are sans kids. Only a few short years until I consider them old enough to handle it!!
I'm not a drinker (just don't like the taste of alcohol), but one of the few drinks I DO like is Nuts and Berries... yummmmy!!!
