Causa de Cangrejo - Yellow Potato Mash with Crab Salad

I was the only one who liked this. I ate the crab salad but the yellow slab of congealed goo was too much for me. I just didn't like that part and I'm a big cold salad person plus I love anything with mashed potatoes... except this.

I really liked this one... I think. I marked it as 4 stars, but we'd, um, enjoyed quite a few wine pairings leading up to that booth.

Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup

Delicious as always. We got three to share. Although, it wasn't fun eating hot soup on a very hot day, but we managed.

LOL, we struggled with the hot soup/ hot day factor, too... but oh so good!

I can't wait to go back to Food & Wine Festival this year!!!

Here's something funny: just last night I was thinking "Maybe I should skip the F&W Fest this year and save some points." Now that I've read your update? Nope. I'm gonna need me some F&W!

Once again, you make me feel like I'm actually there. I usually just order the wine from the kiosks so it's nice to see the food selections.

Gosh, Michelle. I'm so glad that we'll be there during F&W next year! We've never experienced that and it looks sooooooo yummy! Of course, the kids don't like that side of Epcot much, but maybe we can drop them off in the kids club and spend an evening eating around the world! That sounds like a plan! Everything looked delicious! Only 8 more months until F&W again...it can't come soon enough. Canada's booth is one of our favorites-no matter how hot it is outside, we always have to get the soup!

Michelle...It feels like forever snce i have checked in to your TR! It has been busy around here and I am now home alone for the evening and decided to DIS and catch up with my friends!

There were so few things I got to try at the Food & Wine Festival that your TR is getting me interested to try more if i ever get back there. I can't believe the planning yu must do in order to take your trip! You guys have fit in so much in so little time!

Fantastic update again Michelle. Bill and I really need to go to the food booths this year when we are there, the only one we stopped at in November was Germany because Bill wanted the Apple Strudel, .
