...

Kelly, I really hope we get a chance to meet in WDW! Actually, my DH & I were just talking over break about the possibility of us moving down there in a few years. I might actually be a resident DIS'er someday!!! :yay:

Well I just booked my dates last night (Aug 30 - Sep 6, WL/BC) so I am going, yay! :woohoo: 2007 was a busy year and I never made it to WDW so I am going through a bit of withdrawl. How wonderful that you are considering moving there! I "sort of" lived there myself, when I spent 4 months working at Epcot in college. I definitely miss being able to ride the TTA or wander around the Poly whenver I felt like it!

We made a stop into One Man's Dream this last trip too. The line for Remy and Emile was sooooo long that we decided to skip it. Did you guys stop and do the character drawing with an animator? We did and they had us drawing STITCH! You know, I didn't even realize that the statue was the one from the Contemporary lobby! :rotfl: I just figured that they had a double! :sad2: Now I'm jealous of all those upcoming Dis trips you have this year...I'm suffering major mouse withdrawl over here! :lmao:

Michelle - I loved Ratatouille as well. I enjoy looking at that kind of things too. Great TR. Can't wait for your GF photo shoot.

Can you believe I haven't been to the Animation walk-through in 10-ish years?! Clearly it's time for a return.

I'm :rotfl: about Connor and teh voice-actor stuff - that's TOTALLY Leo! The child can mimic anything, I swear.

What cool animation. I'll have to check it out next time I'm at MGM, as it will always be known to me.

I hope you got to do the photo shoot so I can hear all about it. popcorn::

LOVE the pictures from the animation studio! We loved Ratatouille too.:goodvibes The kids got the DVD for Christmas, so now we'll get to enjoy it whenever we want.;)

We haven't done the animation studio in years. We were actually in line during the last trip, but it was a bit of a wait and part of the group wanted to go elsewhere. Hopefully next time.:thumbsup2

That artwork is terrific. We didn't go this time - don't think the 5 year olds would have appreciated it - but we'll definitely check it out!

Thanks for sharing that part! We have never been in the Animation Studio. We blew by it before kids and now, with younger kids, it wouldn't appeal to them. Someday tho!

Unfortunately, they were not letting any more people in line when we got to the character meet & greet area. :sad1: :sad2: I hope he's still there later this year.
I hope they're there next time you go too!

(Hey, did you notice my Lime Green Mickey pin?! Brenna was so excited when she traded for that one! Later on, we realized that it was a pin from a 4-pin starter set that you can buy.)
Very cool and how funny that it was in a starter set :rotfl2:

I love all your photos of the animation studio, I  never stop to look properly!!!!

to do the Grand Floridian Photo Shoot at sunset. Well... that was the plan...
What do you mean that was the plan? popcorn::

DM you must go in there, for a start there are always quite a few character meets and the drawing bit is great fun :thumbsup2

This is a must do for next month with Mom. Love the pics. :lmao: at Connor and voice overs.

Love the pics in your update..thanks for sharing! :goodvibes

The pregnancy is going great..less then 10 weeks left!!! Thanks for asking!! Hopefully we could meet up on the 22nd but that might be tough with it being your arrival day. If we bookt he flights we are watching the M.Express would be picking us up at SSR around 9am on the 23rd. We definitely have time to figure it out huh?? Perhaps too much time..............

:cool1: You've made me all excited about my upcoming trip, because I'll FINALLY do the animation exhibit! SOOOO excited!

Thanks for the quick update. Looking forward to your report about the upcoming evening.. sounds like things might not've gone as planned...

Great installment :thumbsup2. I can't believe Bill and I have not been to the Animation Courtyard. it will be a must do on the next trip. I can't wait to see the picture of the photo shoot!!

The food looks spectacular!!!!! If I wasn't looking fwd to Narocooses I'd switch the ressie! YUM!

Oh, YUM! That looks wonderful. And how amazing that you and your family were remembered by the woman at V&A...AND you were sent choice steak from the other side!?! Says a little something about you and your's, doesn't it? :goodvibes BE PROUD!
