Thanks for all the kind words. I was just getting dressed this morning and I felt so crappy that I called in sick. I still went in to get things together for a sub for today and tomorrow (You can't teach if you have no voice. Believe me I have tried). I then put in my progress reports that are due Friday and then I left. When I got home I slept the entire morning and half the afternoon away. I'm not even going to play rehersal tonight because why should I infect the cast. They are in bad enough shapee as it is. We found out one had mono so we had to recast his part. The second kid we have had to recast in a week.

I had some oatmeal this morning when I felt better but the rest of the day all I have had is some fruit, some toast and some tea. I feel like someone has taken a steam roller to my body. Well off to lie on the couch some more and maybe some soup for dinner.

Hope everyone is feeling okay.

Hello all!!

Today's been busy but very good. It's snowing!!

Not much to say, just checking in with food stats:

B: two slices PB toast, 2 apples (8)
L: the meat and lettuce off a taco chip salad (2)
S: apple, chips and salsa (5)
D: chicken garden salad, soup, bread, cheese...

Water=good! :)

I need some serious help getting motivated here. This is my first post here and I am hoping you guys can help me. I know I can lose the weight. I have done it before (gained it all back though). But this time I have my DH on board to. The whole family joined the Y and we are ready to lose (weight that is). The 150 club seems like a good place to start. I would really like to see 140 but we will start small, so that means that I have 40 pounds to lose to reach 150. The problem is I can't seem to motivate myself to stop eating junk (who bought those darn Girl Scout cookies anyway) and start exercising.
I used to exercise after the kids went to bed around 8:30. Now I am just so tired all I want to do is sit on the couch and watch TV. We leave the house by 6:30 each morning and I am not a morning person to get up and exercise early. My fat clothes are getting tight and I am not going to buy new clothes.

OK, enough of my whining. Let's here everyone's words of wisdom and what works for them.

Thanks
:sunny:

Happy Friday!

How are we doin' out there?! I did my TM yesterday -- all 165 minutes of The Aviator for 8.25 miles. I really enjoyed the first hour and a half, but the rest was just o.k.

I did well with food, too. The weekend is coming, so that's the hard part. I know we can do it, though. Gotta keep those Lenten promises! :)

Katerbug -- :welcome: We're glad to have you. I suggest you go back and read through this thread, because there are pearls of wisdom sprinkled throughout. Actually, I think that's what I'm going to do if/when I have a hard time this weekend. You will also see all of our struggles, etc. You will find this is a great place to get support and encouragement.

Jen -- Glad to hear the water is going well, just keep drinking! :drinking:

Dona -- Sending wishes for a speedy recovering! Soon you'll be "high flying adored" again, we hope!

Zim -- Glad you are finding ways to exercise. It is hard to fit in, but it makes such a big difference!

Tracy -- Did you make all your reservations? You must be so excited about your trip! I'm starting to think about 2007, and I can't decide what I want to do. We can have one big trip, and so far I'm considering a southern caribbean cruise, a european cruise, an all-inclusive resort, going to Orlando, Montreal, or colonial Williamsburg. My problem is I want to have four or five big trips!

Linda -- Has the fog been coming on little cat feet? How is your little cat holding up? I'll bet you'll be glad when the musical has run it's course.

Kathy -- Tell us about your WDW plans!

KathyT -- How are you?

Debra -- Are you back on track? I bet you are!

Tara -- Was DD thrilled with her birthday? I bet you have a party this weekend!

CommunicoreGal -- How are all those wedding plans coming?

Queen Quinella -- How are you doing?

Let's have a super losing weekend!

Maria

Maria - great job on the TM. When I walk to a movie, I break it into segments. My DVD player has a last memo feature which allows me to go to the where I finished up the day before. Keep training and you will fly at the WDW marathon next Jan. I would like to do the full next year but in depends solely on how my body heals and if I can get in the necessary steps.

I have virtually stopped all exercise and if I don't quit eating, I will be back into the 170's. My body is rebelling against me. My left foot is currently in a surgical boot because of tendonitis. If it isn't better by next Thurs, she is going to put it into a cast. She is trying to get it so I can go to WDW in 2 weeks and be able to walk around without being in severe pain. She won't guarantee anything but it is worth a try.

I am not training for the Minnie so not sure if I will be able to do it or not. I was hoping to complete it doing a walk/run but so far that has been a joke.

Currently my stress level is high but my frustration level with my body is out of sight. I have to get focused to get my work completed so I can go on vacation. I almost came home from work today shortly after getting there because I was feeling totally overwhelmed and was having problems trying to figure out what was the most effective way of using my time to get the most work completed. i usually don't get this stressed during tax season but am able to exercise to burn off the frustration.

On a happier note, I got the results of my last round of bloodwork. My bad cholesterol went from 95 to 85 over the 6 months between tests. My good cholesterol only went from 46 to 47. I still have to work on it. I think the training for the WDW half is what helped.

Jen - great job on your water intake.

Dona - hope you get felling better.

Linda - are you settling into a routine for juggling your jobs?

Tara - how is the waliking going.

Dona...how did the play go??? I hope noone else came down with the throw up...it hit our house two nights ago...it's wretched! We think we stopped it though...hope the play went well for you! How's the fit and healthy choices coming? The more good days we have the better...don't let the bad days get you down! :)

Good eating JEN!!! That's it!!! That's IT!!! :Pinkbounc

Linda...are you surviving TOM? I hope it's not getting the best of you...sometimes we just have to coast through TOM and not be so aggressive in our losing ways...it's a hard balance. The good news is you're nearing the end! :)

schatzy! YAHOO!! A DVC trip! I hope this one works out for you! And way to go on early rising for a fit you....don't you feel GREAT after the workout??? Keep us moving with you! :)

Jen (Zim)...wow you avoided the Chik-Fil-A Drive thru??? :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: That's HUGE!!! YAHOO!!! I did manage to forego fries yesterday and stuck with the salad...so that was decent....but then I had a subway sandwich for dinner instead of slimfast...that was not so good...today I'm back on plan...you're doing GREAT...and wish I had you here for costuming..I"m not creative in that neck of the woods! :)

Dona...oh no...the news is not good...you're under the weather!!! Treat yourself kindly and just rest today..don't overdo it! We're pulling for you!

Katerbug...I'm right there with you!!! Let's do it!! I'm giving myself until August 29 (13th anniversary)...set a date for yourself and make it happen!!! It can happen with small steps and consistency....I'm giving up fries for 40 days...that really helps me control lots of other non-good foods....what good is a cheeseburger without fries? So I just order salad instead...that's a good thing!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!! And with exercise just pick something easy to fit into your schedule 3-4 times a week..then add more...I like walking....the Y has a pool...swimming is GREAT!!! Just go for it! :) WELCOME!!!!!!

Maria!!!! 8.25 milers!!!! AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc COOL BEANS!!!

Kathy!!! WAY TO GO ON the blood results...that's GREAT NEWS!!! I think if you just forego the sugar/white flour foods you can manage not to gain until you're up and walking again...you can do arm weights to build that muscle group while you're down...we can't let you ever see the 170's again!!!! I'm sooo ready to see the 170's again and when I see the 160's...I'll be asking for your advice to stay there! :)

I haven't walked a bit...dd(6) came down with stomach flu...that's zapped me this go round...but I did do great on my eating...only 2 non-slimfast days out of 6...so that's a step in the right direction...I have a birthday party today and then it's smooth sailing until the next birthday in April....got lots to do to prepare for the party today so it's kind of like running a marathon! :) Party days zap me...10 children...4 hours of museum play....and all the preparation before hand....oh my! :)

Off to make this day happen for me! :)

Tara

Thanks for all the good wishes but the news keeps getting worse for me. The show opened last night and my son who is on the crew said it went great. I on the other hand ended up going to the doctor this morning. Yesterday afternoon I was feeling better but I got worse as the evening went on. My head kept getting heavier and heavier and I was having pain around my ear and eye. I also spent the night snoring and coughing. I now have a sinus infection. HOpefully the claritin, antibiotics and saline rinse will clear me out. At this rate I may get to see the show tomorrow during the matinee. I am much too tired to go tonight.

Kathy I am sorry to hear about your foot. I have had bone spurs over the last 6 years and I can just imagine the pain you are going through. Rest the foot as much as you can so you can enjoy your vacation. You deserve it. Don't forget you can always get a wheelchair while you are down there. Not an ideal situation but one that does come in handy when you need it.

Tara I hope the party goes well. MY sons are 15 and 20 so no big parties anymore. I do kind of miss those days.

Off to get some rest before I do some dishes. They never seem to go away even if I am sick.

Hey ladies,

I hope all is well with each of you. I went rollerblading yesterday for just under 2 hours, felt great when I got home. Went out to dinner with DF and his friend for dinner and had a good time. I woke up early this morning with a stomach bug, thank goodness I exercised yesterday because I won't be doing any today.

Tara: Trust me doing an hour and a half on the elliptical is very hard. I had to stop a couple of times because I am not used to exercising inside and being so warm. I'm used to the open air and rollerblading. But since it's snowy and cold I can't go outside.

Maria: As for the wedding plans I can't start planning my DFW until November. Although we are going down to Disney in July for 10 days to check out reception places. Our wedding is going to be November 07. My brother is getting married this year so I have to wait till next year ;)

I hope everyone has a great weekend, as for me I am heading back to bed to watch some TV and feel better.

Have a happy losing weekend

Michelle

Hi all. I haven't posted on this thread in forever...but, I am now officially only 4lbs away from the "150's". I started out 2006 at 186lbs and I'm down to 164 and still chugging away. I wanted to be down to the 150s by the time my trip to Las Vegas came up but that is on Tuesday so unless I fast for the next 3 days, I won't quite make it but....I won't quit either.

Best of luck to all of you as well as we inch our way down to those skinny jeans!

sunkissed!!! WOWWEEE!!!! 4 pounds away!!!! SHARE WITH us your journey over the last 2 months!! I'm starting where you started and just can't get my losing weight going with all this cold weather and lack of motivation...would love to hear how you did it!!!

Dona...GET BETTER SWEETIE!!! Being sick is the pits and I am so grateful when we're all well! Dd's party was a smashing success (aside from the pizza and cake I ate!)...they all got to dress up like pioneer girls and spend 2 hours role playing in the general store, Lewis & Clark's Keel boat, the farmstead, the wagon...I have it all on video...when I get a picture downloaded I'll send you my pioneer crew! :)

Now back to goood eating! :)

Tara

Well it's kind of a bittersweet story. My boyfriend and I have decided to take a break from our relationship for a while to focus on our own individual lives. We both have a lot of things that we want to work on alone and so we've decided to put our relationship on hold while we sort things out...it's a painfully long story and this isn't the appropriate thread for details but basically, the break up has given me a lot more time to myself and with that I've been focusing on my health and schooling. One thing that, over the past 6 months, that has really changed the way I look at food and health is a book that he gave me. It's called "The Okinawa Program" and I would highly recommend it to anyone that is looking to live a more healthy lifestyle. It's amazing and even though I have always been a "meat and potatoes" kind of girl, this book has taught me how to eat the correct foods and it really has been working. I thank my boyfriend (or ex, whatever you want to call him) for giving me this gift because it really is changing my life. I joined the local athletic club in November and I work out there at least 3 times a week and walk outside as much as possible. I try to get some kind of good exercise in 5-6 days a week. Really paying attention to what I eat and only eating when I'm actually hungry, nd not just bored, is a big part of it too.

Hi All,

Well the reservations are made for next January's trip to the house of the mouse. We are going from the 21st of Jan to 2 Feb. The kids want to stay at BCV for the 1st week and than move to OKW. But, DH really wants to stay at VWL So what would all do. OKW has to stay in the mix so I can conserve my points.

Last week I hit the gym 6 mornings. Today I took the day off. I wound up ending the week with running 2 minutes and walking 4 minutes for a total of 30. Tomorrow I will try to up it to 3 minutes running and 4 minutes walking and also increase the time I'm on the TM. I have been getting up with DH at 4am, getting dressed and off I go. Has anyone tried Core Secrets? I heard an infomercial on CNN yesterday as I was on the TM and it was being offered for $10.00. I know that Target sells it but at a more expensive price. But they may also offer more of the DVD's.

I'm also trying to incorporate some of the things my "I'm too tired" PT showed me, but I can't remember anything but the basic squat, walking lunges, and some arm stuff. I REALLY need to do something about my belly fat. I would be down a size in jeans if I didn't have that. The 16's are loose around the thights and behind, but tight in the belly.

I found a water bottle at CVS today. It is 33oz's so I'm going to start using that to keep track of how much water I'm drinking. I'm trying for 4 a day. As long as I keep it by me, I should do ok.

Katerbug, Welcome to the group. You have come to the right place. You and your DH CAN DO THIS!!

Maria, I'm impressed. Over 8 miles on 1 movie. Did you ever get to a point when you were paying more attention to what you were doing, instead of watching the movie. I need some hints on how to stay focused on the radio instead of the heavy breathing I'm doing when I'm on the TM.

Donac Oh..Sinus infections are NOOOO fun. I get one at least once a year. I found that using Nasonex as soon as I feel stuffy, seems to work for me. It is a perscription, so I have to stay on top of it, so I can get a refill before it runs out.

Well all DH is beckoning to help him outside. Gotta run

Your kids are probably thinking of BCV because of the pool, but it will be cold in January. I would go with VWL in January. Nice temperatures for walking over to Fort Wilderness (love to take the trail over there).

Of course, any time of year is great for staying at the Epcot resorts! It is so nice to be able to walk to the parks. If you want to conserve points, you could also try for standard views at BWVs. From there you can walk to MGM and Epcot (you can also walk to MGM from BCV, but it is farther). We own at BCV, but I try for the standard views at BWVs when I can to save on points.

I know this sounds strange, but I am wanting to stay at Pop Century! We stayed there at Christmas time right after they opened, but it was too cold for the kids to swim and they wanted to try out the pools. I am thinking that next year, I am going to bank my points and stay there instead (then get a bigger unit the next year with my points).

ANYWAY....I am getting way off topic. I have just been mentally planning out our trips with our DVC points also. Enjoy planning your trip!

Debra

Good morning everyone.

Well today, as old as it is, I felt successful on the TM. I was on for 32 minutes for 2.04 miles. I walked 4 minutes and than ran 4 minutes for the entire time. It didn't even feel too bad.

So, I know we have a teacher on this thread. Can you PLEASE tell me what the point of math minutes are. My dd Ellissa, who is a high honors student is a jeopardy of failing math because she can't do multiplication mad minutes. Now she has had two tests this quarter so far, one she got a 95(multiplying fractions) on and the other was the math minute which she got 40 on. We go through the flash cards, she knows the facts. When she sits to be timed on the worksheets, she consistantly can't get past 36 answered and answered correctly. Any hints on how to move foward. I completely get why we need to know how to multiply. What I don't get is why, these mad minutes are being used as a test grade. I know you can't tell me that as its not you school. How often do we NEED to state multiplication facts in a minute or less. Anyway, I have a meeting with her math teacher this morning at 7:30, so that she can tell me the whats and the why's. If it was just Ellissa I would say ok, she must not know the facts, but it is a least 3/4 of the high math class, who are having the same issue. So now what does all this have to do with getting down to 150. Well this is causing me stress.
And when I have stress I WANT chocolate. Chocolate does nothing to get rid of this belly fat I'm complaining about.

OK.... so now I'm done complaining.

A while back I posted requesting any info on license plates, well anyway, someone PM'd me about a story I had told about an antenna topper I tried to have on my car 3 times....anyway get to the point...This lady, her name is Martha, is from a town 10 miles from me, but had moved to Orlando, shortly after going to Disney. Anyway, she sent, me the antenna topper that I had written about as well as a pot of gold antenna topper. Now here's what I'm trying to say. This thing is SOOOOO cute. My friends who know I'm a disney nut are all envious... Has anyone seen the one I'm talking about? Back to the license plate thing. Ellissa by far had the best collection of Disney themed plates.

OK, so I'm off to have a cup of Ovaltine hot chocolate, relax a bit before I have to get the kiddo's up for school.

Howdy all! Long time no type. Things have been utter craziness.

Firstly, we won our tournament game Friday with a miraculous three point shot from half-court, so we play again tomorrow!

Secondly, I have a job at the local ice cream shop now.

Thirdly, I had LOTS of chips on Saturday...:(

Fourthly, TOM is here....costume fitting is tomorrow...

Fifthly, it's two weeks before the play!!! :cool1:

Food hasn't been very good, but I'm managing to get more veggies and fruits in. Water's been alright.

And it's testing week for the State of Ohio. Not cool, but managable.

B: 2 slices of natural white with wheat toast (2), pb (1), apple (1)
L: soyburger patty (a school "hamburger") (1), bun (3)
S: 3 small rolls and honey butter (6)
D: 2 slices of pizza (we had our Informational Ice Cream Shop Meeting tonight at a pizza shop), and a small soda (??)

Welcome Katerbug!

I'm kind of scared about my fitting tomorrow...TOM is here...and there are those little chippies sticking on me still...

Morning!! :sunny:

Ok I am BACK!! :teeth: This weekend I have travelled through Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana - :moped: Ready to stay in one place and LOSE SOME WEIGHT!!

Same old same old - 171.5 and holding - need to kick it up a notch and see those 160's Leaving for WDW on Monday - ALONE :yay: :yay: Going to do what I WANT when I WANT to.............

Can I see the 160s before I leave?????? Have switched to WW FLEX Plan - CORE was not working for me.

Jen - DD18 had opening weekend last weekend for CATS!! It went very well and can't wait to hear about yours. Hang in there with TOM and state testing - will be over before you know it!! :Pinkbounc

Schatz- Good Luck with the teacher meeting and let me know how it goes. As a substitute teacher I have to give the math minute all the time - seems to have become a standard part of math class. I can't explain the reasoning except that they want the kids to get to the point where they DON'T think about the multiplication process??? Don't know grasping at straws. Stay away from the chocolate..........highly overrated :teeth:

Debra - How is the walking going? I have fallen off the wagon and need to get started again. Won't be happening until I get back from WDW

Sunkissed - WELCOME :welcome: You have come to the right place for support. Thanks for the book recommendation. How long were you and your boyfriend together?

Tara- the party sounds GREAT!! So glad it went well - NO MORE CAKE!!! Come on you and I have to start moving!! :cheer2:

Michelle - Roller Blading - Sounds like fun!! Too cold :cold: here - we are hoping to hit 60 by Saturday How has your eating been going?

Donac - how are you feeling?

Kathy - :wizard: pixiedust: How are you doing? Hang in there!! Focus on getting that stress level down if you can :grouphug: Stress will add fat to your mid section and that would not be good.

Off to get the day moving.............

Have a Magical Disney Day
Linda

Just had two pieces of wheat toast and a glass of cranberry juice...last day of gardening for atleast 2 weeks so I can focus on walking...Linda...I think it's GREAT you maintained with all that travelling so think of it as a good thing!

Jen...no more chips!! I'll skip them if you do! I had a weak moment on Sunday and had fries...but I'm over it and on to a better day of choices! Good luck on the fittings and play! I know you'll do GREAT!!!

schatz! I'll be looking for your antennae when you travel through! :) I love those things...we don't have one but I keep meaning to get one! :) Have fun planning your trip! :)

Debra! Ooooh...all this Disney talk...it's making me want to go so badly! A family from our church just returned on Saturday...the kids faces were soo excited...I remember that first day waking up back at home and wanting to race out to the parks..only to see a mound of laundry! :) The good ol days! ;)

Off to teach the kiddoes...loving this time of year!! Everything's bloomin and turning pretty colors! :) My daylilies are popping up leaves...my tulips are shooting up buds, my jane magnolias are in bloom, the quince has stopped flowering, the double flowering almond is just about to burst, I have 5 more blooms on my camellia, and the pansies are perky! Can you tell I love flowers????

Talk to you guys soon!
Tara

Good morning everyone,

Was at the gym early, can't say it was bright unless you count my headlights shining in the glass. I pushed myself up a notch. I walked 4 minutes ran 5. Now I am not doing this on any sort of incline. I just want to get so that the running is not so all encompassing of my thoughts. If I can do that, I can stick with it longer.

The meeting with the teacher was well, ok. She told me that the school looked at the computation scores of last years standarized tests and that they needed to improve. So they went to this method. She did say she knows Ellissa knows her facts, and that she just must be feeling the pressure of the test. HELLO... So why do it this way. 75% of the class is in the same boat as Ellissa. Out of 42 children 10 are not in jepordy of failing. All the rest are becasue of the math minutes. Anyway. Ellissa is just going to have to find a way to RELAX. The next one is on Friday. Well see how she does.

I did a mystery shop yesterday, that quickly became more trouble than it was worth. It was my first time doing this particular shop so it took an hour, than to download pictures and all I can say is OY!!!

I'm off to the store.

See ya later

I hit the chips AND fries both this weekend! Oh I was so depressed yesterday when I got on the scales (I realize much of that was from the water gain caused by the increase in the salt intake--I LOVE salt!).

I did good yesterday, and am hoping for a good week. I was up 1.2 pounds at my WW weigh in for Feb. and I really REALLY want that gone by the time I go on our cruise.

I am getting excited about the trip, but it still seems far away. There is so much going on between now and then for my kids that it doesn't seem like it is that close. I will probably get more excited in another week or so.

March has been a big disappointment! The weather has been cold! It is suppose to get warmer this week, but so far, the first week of March has been a bummer!

So I am off the chips and fries for now too. If I make a good weigh in this month I am going to reward myself with some cheddar and sour cream fat free Lays chips!

Debra

Hi Guys!

Happy Tuesday! I've been doing o.k. with food (o.k., not great, but o.k.), and sort of all right on the exercise. I was on the TM Sunday, but skipped yesterday. We got my bike Sunday, but DH doesn't have it assembled yet. It's a work in progress, kind of like me.

For those of you that have heard me complain about ds's teacher -- last week there was a parent meeting where the principal got an earful. Last night ds came home with a note from the teacher to all the parents, letting us know she has submitted her resignation and March 31 will be her last day. I thought that seemed kind of drastic (I would have thought there would have been some kind of warning/supervision first), but I'm glad we're going to have a new teacher. I'm assuming she quit rather than being fired...
The 4th grade teacher is leaving, too. Apparently, she was also a problem. Even though these kids have very high test scores, the two of them were overheard (by kids and parents), saying that the 1st and 3rd grade teachers had done a poor job, and these kids were not where they are supposed to be and not very bright. Anyway, looking forward to a new start for the rest of the year.

I'm following my Lent principles of not eating junk, I just seem to be eating too much of other things. I need to get some balance. I've been coming home so exhausted, I just want to crawl in my bed. Some days I beat it, others I snuggle under the covers. I feel like I need to stay home for a day and get centered. I just can't be absent right now, so I sort of plug along. Maybe tonight I'll get to bed early...

Today's eating:

B - oatmeal w/raisins
L - pb on diet bread, red pepper strips, 100 cal Ritz
S - banana, almonds
D - baked chicken, mashed potatoes, peas
S - hot tea, Lindt ball

If I actually stick to that, it will be great. I've been adding a Nutrigrain bar, popcorn, more raisins...I just seem to be hungrier. I guess it's still better than eating chips and candy.

I've crossed the European cruise off my possible 2007 vacation list. I'll be crossing off more options as we go. I have a feeling we'll be going back to Orlando -- which means I have to find a way to either convince dh to go to Disney for a few days, or suck it up and drive there from our offsite hotel. I promised DH he would never have to set foot on Disney property again last year, but now we've stayed onsite I know it would just be so much easier...

I digress.

Debra -- Those chips and fries can get you. I know you will be right back on track and down before you know it! :thumbsup2

Tracy -- You have my curiosity peaked. What is a mystery shop? :confused3

Tara -- I can't believe you have flowers blooming! :flower2: We still have snow on the ground...

Linda -- Like you, I cannot do the Core. I have no idea when I'm "comfortably full"... :rotfl:

Jen -- Enjoy your new job! :mickeybar Just do the best you can in this busy time.

Sunkissed -- :welcome: It sounds like you have had tremendous success, and are on your way to a new you!

Michelle -- I'm sure you are looking forward to your trip in July! What a great reason to go to Disney

Dona -- How are you feeling? You have been having such a rough time of it. We went to the Celtics game Friday night and came home to ds throwing. My poor babysitter! Luckily he just started right before we got there. He was fine Saturday, then Sunday he was losing it on both ends, poor little guy. He seems to be all better now. Anyway, I've heard this virus is making the rounds, so hopefully once you are better you will be immune and stay that way! :goodvibes

Kathy -- You have a great workout ethic. I'm so slow with technology, I don't know what features our dvd player has. I just feel lucky I press play and it works ;) It sounds like you are going through so much right now physically, please be kind to yourself and be proud that you have come so far!

Katerbug, Zim, and everyone else -- Let's have a super losing week! :wave2:

Maria
