HI All,

I'm Tracy, a SAHM to 6. In reading the boards I always noticed peoples sig lines talking about lost pounds and the like. Well I'm wondering if I could join the group as I too would like to get into the 150's.
Tracy ::MinnieMo

Welcome Tracy! I can't imagine getting up at 4:30! That is great! I am not one to exercise, and haven't really added it into my daily life. Maybe one day I will get motivated, but I really just hate it! I am so impressed with those of you who are doing it!

This is a great group! I think you will like it here. I have a Disney Cruise in 9 months and I am hoping to be at my goal weight and looking good for a family picture. It would mean SO much to me to have this great looking picture of us all on the ship and then put it on the Christmas cards they make.

Most people say they lose more in the summer, but I do better in the winter. In the summer I find us out and about too much and eating out (just tonight we went out to McDonalds for ice cream after my DDs dance recital). We seem to follow more of a routine once school starts!

Good Luck! And just take one day at a time. It will happen for you, and it helps to have a support group like this to turn to.

Hey y'all!!!!!!!!!!!!! Did anybody miss me???? 'Cause I'm BACK!!! I'm working on a trip report in my journal. Very slow going, but going. I'm typin' early because I have VBS at nine and I've lost 5 more pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am now in the 173 range. Very freaky. Welcome to all of our new WISH '50's, (sorry if I forget your name!) Tracey (schultz), SuzD, lajones, 4togo and Lisa!!!!

How to get in to the 170's:
:flower: Have a great support system
:flower: Drink your water
:flower: Exercise
:flower: Eat healthily, but treat yourself every once in a while
But why am I telling you stuff you already know?
The true keys are:
 Positive attitude
 Believe in faith, yourself and the goodness of those around you
 ALIVE Festival (lots of exercise!! plus lots of good treats!)
 Everybody needs a break occasionally
 Learn when you feel chaotic/rushed
 Food is not a comforter...people, hugs and writing are there for that.
 Every day is what you make of it. Give it your all and see what happens!

Plus, I also have some bandleader news. He is our 2005-2006 Principal. I am really really trying to be open minded and positive about this, because it's only for one year!!! (Maybe he will really dislike the job.) Thank you, Lord, for little miracles. They keep us on track until the bigger miracles can come along.

I apologize for not being here, but am here now and I'm ready to help WISH positive thoughts and hugs all yall's ways!

Hi All

Wow 4:30 came early this morning. I jumped out of bed at 4:39, and drove to meet the gal I walk with. She does not need to lose any weight however. Anyway, the walk seemed to be easier and we did 2.5 miles in 45 miles. I think I'm going to add an additional 1/4 mile tomorrow. I jumped on the scale this morning but it only read "LO" Could that possibly mean I'm so light that the scale is no longer registering me. More likely though that the battery is dead!!! pirate:

My 10 month old was us last night and as I was watch some infomercial on an excerise ball, I was wondering if any of you knew of some good excerises to do on these balls. I have one but only know how to do a sit up on it. I need some more of the ab excerises and a ton of ones for the ol behind. Can any of you point me in a direction of a website or your own personel knowledge that I can get some different workouts for the darn thing.

I'm looking at changing my ressie from SSR to VWL for our Jan trip. I am asking permission to steal an idea. I'd like to fiqure out the mileage from my house to Mickey's and use that as motivational tool. I saw someones post(Sorry forgot who and can't seem to scoll down to find it) on how many hours to POFQ. I love that!!

One more thing. How do you get those very cool banners in your sig lines??

Thanks all. Going to get some water.

Keep up the good work everyone. I'm anxious to read everyones progress and realize that this is doable. :cheer2:

Tracy

Good morning fellow losers :wave2: :wave2: :wave2:

I weighed myself this morning and the scale didn't budge. I will continue trying to eat better and mix up my exercise this week and hope for the best next week.

Welcome back Tigercheer. Missed your cheers and positive attitude.

THis week is another scorcher. We are supposed to get a cold front on Friday to drop the temp back into the 80's. All winter we wish for summer and warmer temps. Now we wish for more reasonable temps. Would love to be back living in an environment without the humidy constantly high.

Have seminars today and tomorrow. Will try to eat reasonable lunches and drink as much water as possible. We'll see how that goes. Am taking gym bag so I can stop at the gym on my way home. Need to try and eat before 8pm each night also.

Have a good day. Will check in later.

Morning All (YAWNING!!!!)

Why is it that I am the only one to hear the puppy cry at 2 in the morning. :confused3 All of a sudden Cody wants to get up at 2 to do his business. Then if that is not bad enough after I put him back to bed one of the cats decides it is time to have a conversation - between the two of them it is a canine/feline symphony :rotfl2: :rotfl2: So tired :sunny:

Ontop of all of DD17 issues she has not come down with pink eye so instead of shopping with her for her graduation picture outfit (which is suppose to happen on Weds) we will be going to ANOTHER DOCTOR!!! I give up!! :teeth:

Eating went well this weekend until we decided to go to Cold Stone Creamery (anyone have it by them?) Ice Cream is a downfall - I can turn down soft serve but a good hard pack concoction - YUMMY!!

Favorite thing to eat at WDW is - A DOLE WHIP FLOAT!!! Can't wait until August.

Did go to the grocery store yesterday and loaded up on fruits and veggies. Need to get back in the habit of grabbing a piece of fruit instead of crackers or chips.

Working hard at losing!!

Kathy - Chicago also is being killed with 90 degrees, humidty and NO RAIN!! I sweat just walking outside to take Cody out. More is coming your way :sunny: :sunny:

Tracy - Wow 4:30am - YEA for you - want to come take the puppy out? :rotfl: But he doesn't like wet grass and it is dewy at 4:30 am. There is an excellent DVD out by Suzanne Deason for the Balance Ball - you can find it on Amazon or Ebay. Have to ask why are you changing your ressies from SSR to VWL (is that Wilderness Lodge Villas) if I may ask? We stayed at SSR last year and were not happy - have never stayed at WLV. When are you going?

Tigercheer - Where Have you BEEN??? Glad to see you pop up again!! Need your inspiration. :goodvibes :goodvibes

DJ - You and I together need a way to find motivation to MOVE!! :bounce: How about doing the walking to Disney challenge on a different thread. With both of us living in the Midwest we can do it together.

To All TEAMMATES!!! Keep MOVING and LOSING!!!! We can do it!! :cheer2: :cheer2:

Have a Magical Disney Day!!
Linda

DJ!! You mean you've been losing this weight without exercising??? Pat yourself on the back for being so well disciplined at eating!!! I wish we lived close I'd drag you out there with me in the am for those walks...if you combined some walking with that great eating of yours (sans the McD's in the summer ;) ) you would be flying through!!! I'm just one of those that is horrible at sticking with a good eating program....the walking and exercising is the only thing that makes me focus on my body...as I'm dragging myself out at 5:30am I realize how much easier it would be to do that 30 pounds lighter...I also hate seeing the rolls in my tummy as I do the pilates...those little reminders remind me I'm kinda chunky or really doughy! :) We'll cheer you on to some exercise and you'll feel CRAPPY the first week...but the next ones you feel energized and want to do it again. I promise!!

WOW!! Can anyone tell that Tigercheer is BAAAAaaaack? I REALLY REALLY did miss you!! You're like a little fireworks celebration when you check in...it gets my motivation pumping and my determination set for the day...so glad to have you back and oh my goodness!!! 173!!!     5 pounderoos!!! Aren't you going to be in the 150's before we can say lickety splickety! :) Man, I have got to update that front page...everytime I sit down to add new names and new pounds gone..I get a phone call or the kids need something...but I promise tonight after all are in bed I will get to it! :)

Tracy...on the exercise ball...I remember doing exercises for my tummy when my back went out...you sit on the ball and cross your arms in front of you and using your legs you walk them forward while letting the ball glide along your back until it's right below your shoulders then walk back up. The other one was to lay on your stomach on the ball with your arms clasped behind your head and pull up to the left then the right then straight forward....so you're bending down from the waist and pulling up. I would guess you could get the mileage off of mapquest.com I'm sure there's another site...check out the WISH thread "Walking to Disney" or something like that...for information on how to add those clippies...go to the "wanna see something cool" thread. You have to go into UserCP and edit profile then copy the http address for the clip you want...for the tickers you can go to www.tickerfactory.com and use their html user code to copy into your profile..if you have any trouble I can try and walk you through it.

Kathy...I think the scale not budging with all that travel you had is a GOOD week!!! I would usually put on weight when things are off kilter with travel. SO YEAH FOR YOU!!!! This week will show a loss..you're great at your water and you've been eating well..hope the weather is good for you to make some good walks and you'll move that scale!!!

Day 4 completed of low-carb and I'm down 5 pounds!!! I was at 180.8 this morning!!! :) YEAH!! 4/14...I know I can knock off 10 more days of this...my sugar cravings are practically GONE!! YEAH!!! I finished my 4.3 mile walk in 1 hour 11 minutes thanks to my speedy gonazales neighbor..she says she wants to get us to do it in 1 hour flat...eeek! She has no pounds to lose and I told her that once I get 30-40 pounds off I might be able to make that pace but it's hard walking that fast with this much poundage on...on the other hand her commitment to walking with me has really made me push myself and stay with it...so I'll try to keep going faster!! It has knocked off 5 pounds in a 4 days combined with low carb so that's a good thing! :)

I am a 24-year-old teacher and recently finished my second year of teaching. About month ago I started a Masters program and am working towards becoming a reading specialist.

Hi Lisa,

I just had to share, I'm really glad you are motivated enough to start working on weight loss while you start your masters (because I wish I had been!). I was 22 when I started mine, and by the time I finished at 24 (Master of Arts in Public History, University of Illinois!), I weighed 30 pounds more. I spent so much time working on my thesis, and did absolutely nothing for me. I ate all the junk I could find, lived alone and rarely went out, and gained, gained, gained. I had always been a "normal" weight before this time in my life, but I let myself go downhill from there.

By the time I finished and started my first "real" job, that was my focus. Then I met my future husband...and before I knew it I was planning a wedding. You would have think this would have been motivating, but...I did lose about 25 pounds after I got married. Then I had a stressful job, a move halfway across the county, the stress of getting a new job, and pretty soon I gained 70 pounds when I had my ds. I still own about 25 pounds of that weight (you can't call it baby weight when the child is 7!).

Anyway, the moral of this long rambling story is, you should be very proud of doing something for you, even at this very busy time in your life. It is so easy to get caught up in whatever is going on at the moment, and not take care of yourself. Don't be like me, over a decade later trying to get back to a size you are happy with. Put your health first.

You probably don't need this lecture (sorry, it was supposed to just be encouragement!), but it does me good to write it out. Getting into a mindset of making my health a priority is going to be key to my success. I hope this post is helpful to someone else!

Thanks for reading my long epistle!

YEAH! :Pinkbounc

I weighed in this morning and I am back to where I was before I left for my trip to WDW (158.8 pounds). So today is a new day and I am starting back on track. I would love to get to 140 eventually, but I also know that as I get closer to my goal things will slow down a bit. For the Summer Challenge, I am hoping to lose 10 pounds because I don't do as well in the summer month.

As for exercising, I am thinking of trying the treadmill out in August once the kids go back to school. I need a routine, and in the summer I don't have a routine. With the kids home, my life is crazy for the next few weeks. But once they go back to school and I am home alone during the day, I will consider giving it a try.

I guess I would have to check the miles to Disney from here. I think it would take me about 10 years to walk there. :rotfl: But we will see!

Welcome back Tigercheer! And welcome to all our new members.

Hope everyone has a great week!

DJ (Debra)

Here I am with my second post of the morning!

Just wanted to say, "Hi", and check in. Yesterday went pretty well. I ate good meals, and was on the treadmill for 80 minutes, 4.645 miles. Walking while I watch soaps I taped during the day is working for me. I also am a fan of Big Brother, so when the new one starts I'm going to walk while it's on, then take a relaxing bath, then off to bed. I figure that will be a good way to end my day, plus I can't eat Doritos if I'm on the treadmill!

DJ you are my hero! I wish I could lose without exercise. It's just not going to happen, that's become pretty clear. congratulations on your great eating habits!

Tigercheer! I would love to be where you are. What a great inspiration for positive thinking and actions.

Tara you are doing great! Walking really makes a difference. I keep wanting to increase my pace too past, but if I do I know I'll burn out too quickly from soreness. Just increase as you are able, that's what I keep telling myself. Five pounds in 4 days is amazing!!!

I'm really hoping for a loss of about 3 at tomorrow's weigh in. I was too embarrassed to admit it last week since I had just started, but I actually gained 3.2 lbs, putting me at 182.0 on the WW scale. I'm really hoping to be under 180 this week, and keep losing from there. I haven't changed my tag because it's too depressing. It's also motivating me to do the things I need to do to reach some goals. I know if I can hold it together for two more days, that new Borders book is mine!

Thanks to everyone for all the encouragement. I really am sticking to my plans because I am being accountable every day, instead of once a week!

Morning All!! Again ;) :sunny:

News Alert - I just put the pedometer on me and the goal of the day is to get to 10,000..........can I do it? :Pinkbounc

Come Join ME!!! Walking my way to a healthier lifestyle.

Now if I only would practice what I preach :rotfl2:

Have a Magical Disney Day!!
Linda

YES LINDA!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!

What does 10k steps equate to??? will it work if you lay on your back and move your feet really fast??? :teeth: I'd be the first to try and figure out a way to work the pedometer just to hit that mark! :) I'm sooo proud of you..with all that's been hitting you lately..it's hard to focus on ourselves...Maria was RIGHT and I loved her long post! :) There will ALWAYS be stressors in our lives and that's when we need to treat ourselves the best! :)

Kick it up Linda and move those legs! :) I don't know how many steps I take in my am walks, but I know when I get back my fat cells are literally jiggling in shock..I feel them shaking!! And it's not muscle fatigue..it's really my cellulose screaming! :)

Tara

Hi Linda,

Thanks for the info on the Balance Ball. Last year was our first trip "Home" so we stayed at SSR. This year 1/29 to 2/3 we would like to try Wilderness Lodge since the whole place is right up my husbands ally. I would also like to try Beach Club Villa's. We didn't have any real complaints at SSR but I also had nothing to compare it too. I will say no one told me that the bellman would help us get all our stuff to our villa, and since we have 6 children we had ALOT of stuff. I will say that I didn't ask either though. Live and learn I guess.

Tara, NYcpa, Worfiedoodles, Linda-Thanks for the welcome back! I actually had a bad night when I was huffy and grumpy and I said "I need my WISH friends. Where's the 150ers when I need them?" I wanted you guys to be there so badly!!!!!!!!!

But I'm here now and that's what matters!~ I love bein' the fireworks for you all!

More awesome news: I'm going to cheerleading practice, which means I get to try on my uniform!!!! Here's hoping it needs taken in! **wishing powerful thoughts that say "Hey...you look good!! How much weight have you lost?"** And I made it through Bible School-Day One! Nobody threw up, one didn't eat her snack, I gave out 19 big Good Job stickers, I made one girl put away her portable fan the seventh time I said something and above all-tomorrow is hat day!!!!! :teeth:

You guys help me as much as I help you! I'm a-lookin' and I'm a-likin'! (I really really hope my uniform doesn't fit...tee hee! :p )

Hugs, positive thoughts, exercise wishes, downage poundage, smiles and low-calorie/point/carb/sodium/etc. cake that takes just like regular cake wishes are coming your way!

Have an awesome day today!

Boy Tara,

I hope my fat cells are screaming the same things yours are. I know that I feel like I want to get my behind back in bed after my early morning walk. However, my 10 month old daughter, Mickaellya, thinks differently.LOL

Good morning all,
I woke up this morning to a 2 lb loss for the week! Yeah! Tom has left and all is well for the moment. I was very excited to hit that this morning. That makes 13 lbs gone forever! My dog weighs that much! If I look at the big picture, I freak out because it is such a small amount, but I have been gaining weight for so long, that to see the numbers go down, it is a great feeling. What will really make me happy is to go down a size in clothes. I would love to be able to shop in any store and section of the store I want, instead of the "Womens" section. Well, almost any section, I am 5'9" so petite will be a stretch even after the weight is gone! :goodvibes
Congrats to all of you who are losing and moving! I still don't want to move, but I know that it will get easier as the weight comes off. It is hard because as a Travel Agent, I sit all day. During lunch, I should be walking but I don't seem to do it. My life seems to be a long line of "Should Haves". Right now, my eating plan is working so that is what I can concentrate on now. Have a great week! :bounce:

schatz5k...HA HA!!! little do you know that I just woke up from a 42 minute nap!!! On my walking days I almost always have to have a power nap...I made it all last week without one but today I was SACKED!!! The kids were kind and played and let me have some quiet time. The hilarious thing is that I dreamed about those exercise ball exercises...and in my dream my stomach abs were really hurting...do you think that counts for exercising? :confused3 The good thing with 10 month olds is you can keep them up for a longer time in the morning and take a nap when they do! :) Hope you got one in! :)

Sthronds!!! WAHOO!!!!  2 pounds gone forever!!! That's 4 sticks of butter!!! OFF YOU BODY!!!! I know what you mean about the sticking to either a good eating or exercising day...it's rare that I have both...I think that's why the scale is going down so quickly...it hasn't seen me do both in 7 weeks! :) But losing 2 pounds in a week is a BIG LOSS in my book!!! I love skipping through pounds!

Now, to try and wake up I'm still kinda groggy and need some water!!!!

Tara

Great job all 150er's

Linda - we have a Coldstone here also. DD2 and I stopped on our way home last night and had ice cream for supper. Not the healthiest but DD2 said it hit the spot. Anything to get her to eat. They are testing her for gall bladder problems and she has to be very careful about what she eats.

Tigercheer - glad we are here to support you when you are down. Your posts are always a bright day of sunshine when I'm deeling discouraged.

Tara - great job on the weight loss and the exercise. You will be in the 150's before you know it.

Had a seminar in downtown Syracuse today. Figured as long as I had to drive by the gym I didn't have any excuse for not stopping. Spent 25 min on the arc trainer and then went to group training for another 60 min. The squat sets do in my knees and the trainer will not let me do the push ups on the ball because of the torn rotator cuff. (Hopefully habing it repaired the 2nd week of August).

Todays meals consisted of:
Breakfast - meal replacement bar
Lunch - Spicy Asian BBQ beef sandwich, Asian salad (which I didn't eat), slice of raisin bread w/ a little butter
Supper - cheddar broccoli soup, 1/2 smoked ham of rye w/mustard, tomato and onion, diet pepsi.
Dessert - wedge of watermelon.
Water - about 75 ozs

I think I have cut my calories a little low. The trainer says I should shoot for a least 1500 per day. Hopefully I am getting close to that.

Sthronds - great job on the 2 lb loss.

Good evening, everyone!

How is everyone doing? I hope better than me!

Today was a really rough day for me. I had (still have) a terrible headache and it just won’t go away. I went to Wisconsin to take my Grandma shopping today and I think the heat did it to me. In and out and in and out of heat and air conditioning! Also, there was a bit of a problem and I didn’t get to go out to lunch with my Grandma and I was really looking forward to it. Oh, well… :(

One thing someone mentioned (I can’t remember who now) is to tell your struggles. Well, I’ll be honest, I love to eat - especially when stressed. Now, yes I am on summer vacation, but I’m taking three Masters classes. For the most part they don’t overlap too much, but I’m finishing one this week and am supposed to be starting on the other one already. I love to teach and learn, but the kicker is I have to evaluate 150 picture books, write a research paper, etc. all in the next two weeks. I think that’s the real reason why I have a headache and, of course, what do I do to help the stress - I eat! Duh! That’s really smart! NOT! OK, I should really not be complaining. I’ll just say that I’m a bit overwhelmed with the workload right now.

So, fellow WISHers, any ideas? I have things for my kids (and when I say kids I mean my students - I don’t have kids of my own…people often get confused! ;)) is make a checklist of some kind. I think I need to make one for myself. (i.e. when stressed… 1. Breathe! 2. etc.) Any ideas?

Thanks for listening to me vent. I’m sure you can see why I’m a teacher…I love to talk! ;)

I must say, too, that I looked into other groups both on DIS and otherwise and am amazed at how welcoming all of you are! Thank you for that! :)

Now, onto the other responses…

Tara - Thank you for your kind words about my picture! It made me blush! I really like your attitude and encouragement! Can you tape record yourself and send it to me…I want to have you in my kitchen saying, “Slowly back away from the chocolate. That’s right…move your left foot back, now right foot back, turn, and run as far as you can!” LOL! Oh, I don’t know if this is really funny, but I crack myself up. ;) Great work on your program! (South Beach, right?)

DJ (Debra) - It makes me feel good that you started at my weight and are still getting and giving support! I know that I will be here for a while, too! ;)

Linda - I see that you are from the Windy City, too! This weather is wearing me out! Ugh!

RF536 - (Do you have a name? Boy, that sounds rude! I just want to refer to you in whatever way you wish!) Thanks for giving me some information on you. It will take me a while to get to know everyone! Maybe I could outsource some of this reading to you…just kidding! I don’t want the professor to ask, “Now, Lisa, about this book…what themes did you find?” Boy, I would be in trouble if I didn’t read them. Besides, the point is to get ideas to share with your students.

Suz - I am headed to the bookstore tomorrow to get that book you are talking about! Sounds great! Just FYI I started at 204 (last week) and am 5’4” so we’re in the same boat! We can do it! :)

Regina - I hope it’s not too much information, but I’ve had a similar problem like your son. I hope he is better soon. It’s amazing that once we are “fine” how our body leads us to believe that we are not. It took me to while to lose the anxiety. Hugs to you and your son!

Maria - Thanks for sharing your story! LOL! It makes me laugh when you said you can’t call the weight baby weight anymore! I think in my mind I keep thinking well, I’m still growing. Uh, no! I’ve been this height since sixth grade! I haven’t grown in 12 years so now I’m still not growing - well, in size rather! I gotta get those excuses out of my head. Thanks for the kind words!

NYcpa - Hi!

Tracy (schatz5k) - SAHM to 6! I bow down to you! Welcome! :)

Jen - I like your keys to weight loss! They make a lot of sense! (You think one would actually remember these things, but, no, I don’t!)

Sue - Good for you! Nice job on the weight loss!

I’m sorry if I missed anyone…I’m trying here!

OK, now that I have officially talked (er, written) everyone’s ears off I must apologize! I am sorry! I can get a little carried away sometimes!

The last thing I wanted to add is that my mom and I have a date set for working out both tomorrow and Wednesday! Yeah!

Have a wonderful evening and keep losing!

Lisa

Lisa!!! No apologizing for supporting the team!!! We all LOVE long posts...all your time taken to share and encourage mean alot and we are so THANKFUL!!! And part of taking the time to reiterate some losing tips will help them sink into your thought process alot easier! I really do believe that's why WISH is soo successful....if you take the time to come in and pour out your struggles and cheer your triumphs...you'll start thinking like a loser...and that's half the battle!
Just think in 3 months the headache causing stressors will have gone or changed...time is so good at letting things pass.

Kathy! Great job on your eating...I really like reading what others are putting in for a day...it helps me get ideas on 'Oh yeah, I can eat that, too!" I know the scale will be kind to you....sugar is what holds my scale back....try to get all your sugar naturally like the watermelon and you'll see lower numbers for sure!!!

I'm off to weigh...and trying very good today not to let some stressors hitting my husband and me (all house related) shoot me over the top into hysteria land. My kids see my face when I'm dwelling on some issues we're facing and they say, "Mommy, are you sad?" I shouldn't let issues that won't be here in a year take away the joy that I should be sharing with my kids right now! Working hard on being joyful today!

Tara

Good Morning Ladies,

Lisa, you appear to be a wonderful teacher. You seem to really care about all your students. WOW!! 3 Master's courses WOW! Should you decide you want to move, my children's school is always looking for teachers like you. I can say however that the weather is just as miserable here as it is where you are. I think that you are really terrific for taking your Grandma out. What a neat relationship you must have with her.

I didn't get to walk today. Seems, ole Mickaellya(dd 10 mos) wants to bond with me at 3:45am. I got her back to bed at 4:45, there was no way I could get moving. We are also down to one car right now, and I had to pick up my DH from his second job at 11pm, so needless to say I was already going to be sleep deprived. I am going to try to get out later, I hope I can,as I started the Summer Challange 2 yesterday as well as trying to get to 150, so I don't want to let an obstacle get in my way.

I also need to get a new scale. As I said yesterday the scale keeps reading LO. I have replaced the batteries and it works once and than LO. Maybe I mean's i'm going lower and it just doesn't want to tell me by how much. :rotfl: Avon has one out that measures you, body fat, and well as hydration level. Not sure how that works, I would think that if you were well hydrated you would weigh more. I don't know.

I really want to thank everyone for all the postive reinforcement this group provides.

Linda I forgot to ask, what was it that you didn't like about SSR. If I can't get VWL, I'm going to try for BCV. Have you been there before? I'm sure my children will love the pool there.

Have a great day ladies and happy losing.
