Not sure if they changed the wording, but this seems very clear to me

I think the confusion lies with the fact that the never mention where you can redeem it. The wording hasn't change. We understand the gift card never expires but the voucher has a deadline in Nov and they never indicated if you had to go to the restaurant or if you could do it online or mail it in..

Once I realized that this is a voucher to get the gift card, I was sure to have my DH get one too!

Thank you so much! We're going to T-Rex for the first time in December and I've been looking for ways to save money there (Rainforest Cafe gift cards are good for any Landry's owned restaurant, including T-Rex). I swear, I have saved so much money thanks to the DIS boards!!

The way I read it is that it can be redeemed online after the 24 hour period. Would love to hear if anyone's able to redeem their "voucher" that way! I can't imagine you'd have to go to one to redeem it to have it mailed to you (as it says once redeemed the gift card is mailed to you) . That doesn't make any sense.

I just went through the process of redeeming my voucher and it says it was successful! We'll see if/when it comes in the mail!!

I was able to follow all instructions and redeem my voucher online today after 10am EST. I received an email confirmation of this. Now the gift card should be shipped to me within 10 business days.

My aunt is coming to visit in Oct. and we plan on taking her to t-rex the afternoon that she arrives. I wonder if there is a limit on only using one gift card per visit, etc. Anybody have any ideas? If they are like a regular gift card, you can use more than 1 of those.

I would think you would be able to use them both as they are just regular gift cards and there's nothing that says (on the deal or Rainforest's website) you can only use one at a time. I purchased two (my bf and I live together but have separate mailing addresses [I signed him up for his own account on Saveology] and I used two different credit cards for the purchase [my name is on both of the credit cards]) and don't see a problem being able to use them at the same time. If were not able to use them both, we're going with my parents and older brother so I can just give one to them when we split the check.

I know this isn't RFC, but we buy those Outback gift cards every Christmas where you get a small "bonus" gift card for buying a certain amount of gift cards and we use the bonus gift card with a regular gift card when we go there with no problem.

So those who have bought more than one are using the same address, just your DH's name and it's going thru? If so, I'll put one in DH's name tomorrow. If it won't allow me, my neighbors across the street won't mind if I put it in with their name and address.
