$15 Departure Tax in Nassau?

I just finished reading the "Magical Disney Cruise Guide." It mentions a $15 departure tax in the Bahamas that must be paid in cash. Is this true? Does simply getting off the ship in Nassau mean that we will have to pay $15 each to get back on the ship? I had to pay a departure tax at the airport in Jamaica on our honeymoon, but I haven't read about this tax in Nassau anywhere else?

On your reservation confirmation where it lists an amount for "Government Taxes and Fees," that includes any international departure taxes. No worries ;-).
