One of my favorite meals of the trip was a surprise to us. It was Boatwrights at POR. We were supposed to eat here on our last trip and cancelled the reservation. We decided to try it this time. I was not sure of our servers name, but our receipt says Fern. He was amazing, probably best server we had on the trip. He was friendly, knew the menu really well, seemed like he loved working there. My son had a root beer an d the ribs, he loved them and finished them quick. My aunt and grandmother shared the chicken dinner and some fries and said it was very good and was enough food. My aunt ordered the ribs and said they were the best ribs she had ever had. My daughter had the bbq shrimp and fries, it was different and she enjoyed it. My nephew had the pasta with chicken and a sprite and said it so good, but very filling. My sister had the ribs with a soda and fries and loved them also Tope had the chicken dinner and fries with a lemonade, he said it was different but that he really enjoyed it. I had the crawfish etouffe and I added the crawfish mac and cheese, the mac and cheese was amazing and could have ate a whole bowl of it. this was way to much food for me but it was so good. I ended up taking my leftovers to our room. The meal came to $207.88 with TIW for 10 of us for an amazing dinner. It was worth every penny.
