$149 for a mod?

I'm trying to help a friend with his DS's (2) first trip. He is doing everything separately, I don't know why. He got a price for $149.00 a night for CSR and asked me if it was good. I've done a vacation package so I'm not really sure. Is this good?

Hi...$149 is the value season nightly rate for the mods, so it is the cheapest price without any discount. Does he have AAA? When I had called to price a mod hotel the AAA discount was 20%.
