142 points for rent @ $10 per point

I have 142 points for rent. They must be used prior to February 2006. I am only interested in any individual that would like to rent at least the majority of these points. I prefer to only have one transaction.

Please excuse my ingnorance, but i'll assume that the points all have to be used before Feb 06? IE, they wouldn't work for my dates of 1\31\06 through 2\9\06.

I simply don't know how that works with DVC. If the ressie has to be made starting before the points expire or if everything has to fall before the Feb. 06 mark.

Hello mpusateri, we need a two bedroom at OKW on Jan.13th,14th and 15th 2006. I believe 130 points are needed. If you were to rent us the other 12 points for a studio at BCV on the 15th, that would total out to 142 points needed. What do you think ? would that work for you? Thank you J.D.
