In September, Hollywood had a 13th Hour celebration of sorts on Friday the 13th. Any word of them doing it in June? It was crazy packed when the did it so I can't imagine it not having been a success.

That was a limited time magic event I wouldn't see it happening again unless they tie into something else.

Yeah, with it being limited time magic, I don't see another one happening. And it was more of a disaster than a success. I was there, and the park was WAY overwhelmed. Traffic reports a total mess all over WDW property, with buses taking hours to reach their destinations. My friends who were planning to come could never reach DHS, they wound up just staying at their hotel. Guests were so angry, the guest services lines were ridiculously long, and I think Disney wound up comping a LOT of stuff to guests. All it showed, IMO, was that a hard ticket villains event would be super popular.

I agree villains are the popular thing that drove this to be a hit. If Disney were to do something like this more often it would have to be hard ticket and more than one day a year. I think it would be a definite sell out. This could be DHS's version of mickeys Halloween party.

Wishful thinking I suppose. I only heard about it from someone else since I was moving at the time. It's a special day for those of us Friday 13th kids! Just thought it'd be a great birthday, but I'll re-plan. Thanks for shedding light on my cluelessness! ;)
