135 pts.....$10 per point (?)

We are looking to rent out (I guess???) our 135 pts. Our home resort is Saratoga Spring but the points can be used at any DVC. Our use year was March 2005 and I need to bank the points by end of this month if I can't rent out. I have never rented out points before. So I am new at this.

We would like to stay at OKW or SSR in a studio from 11/5 thru 11/10. We need 53 points for OKW and 65 for SSR. I do not even know how to check studio availability!
