Oh..... That's not a problem.... I had similar problems. Since they changed the messaging format it is not as user friendly as it was formerly!!

Here is how to access your PMs or Private Messages..... Just go to your Inbox beside your username at the top right side of the page and click on it. A box will open entitled "Conversations" and a list of conversations you have had will open. You can also start a new conversation. Here you will see my thread title so if you click on it, it will bring up my PM to you.

For rental purposes, please provide the following:

1. 
   
   
   • Check-in Date
   • Check-out Date
   • Preferred resorts in order of preference
   • Preferred room type – studio, 1 bedroom, etc
   • Preferred view
   • Number of adults and number of children and their ages

This info will allow me to check on availability as per your request.
