My email from DCL said
"Beginning at 12:00 AM, Eastern Time, the morning of Monday, March 27, 2023, the following offerings and many more will be available for you to request by email....
Please be certain to contact us when your priority booking opportunity begins (please see above for your priority booking date).
Requests are processed in the order in which they are received, and some activities may not be available. E-mail and phone requests can only be taken once your priority booking window opens."

Which I get, and I have my email ready to send in my drafts folder, and luckily I'm on Central Time, so I can send at 11 PM tomorrow ( Sunday 26th).

But in the DCL app tonight I noticed the counter at the top of the page says that as of tonight its
131 days, 1 hr, 39 min, 37 sec. Which would make midnight tonight the 130 day mark.

I guess because it's Sunday, no one in office?

When you send your email, do you get any acknowledgment?

The timer should be read as the 130 day mark is at 130 days and 0 hours, 0 minutes, 0 seconds. In other words, 130 days and 12 hours remaining is not yet 130 days. Your clock appears to match the email.

For example, my counter currently says 120 days, 1 hours, 5 minutes but I am unable to book or see any plans made for me by the concierge team until the clock roles over to 120 days and 0 hours, 0 minutes, 0 seconds (or 120 days and 1 hour for central)

Also note that the app clock is registering in your local time zone, at least it is for me in central. So, I sent my email when the app clock technically said 130 days and 1 hour (130 days and 0 hours eastern) so keep that in mind if you are watching the app clock.

Lastly, I got a canned response from the system within 30 seconds (felt closer to 15-20 seconds) after I sent my request at 130 days. A more formal reply came about 5 days later telling me that my requests were entered but confirmation would come at 120 days.

Hope that helps.

Thanks, I guess I shouldn't do math in my head this late at night! Thanks again for responding

Quick question for you...I'm platinum, but cruising concierge for the 1st time in September. Today is 135 days out for me, when should I expect an initial email from Disney about the 130 day booking? Thanks :)

It’s usually around 135 but they have been known to let some people slip through the cracks and never send an email. So even if you don’t get one make sure you still send your requests at midnight 130 days out.
