13-yr olds & "Teen Wild Side" Excursion?

I have definitely read on here in the past that 13-yr olds have gone on the "Wild Side" excursion at CC, although admittedly not very recently. Was it previously available to 13-yr olds and then it changed? Has anyone had a 13-yr old do this lately? Our DS is 13 and it doesn't allow this to be booked online, only listing it as available for 14-17 yr olds (although on the DCL site, on the description page of the excursion, it shows children much younger ).

I suggest asking once you are on the ship. My son who was 16 at the time booked while on the ship. I think it sold out, but not right away.
