13 of us at New Years!

Hello all,

I had the Disney system down, I was a pro...

We went to Disneyland this summer. And at New Year's, my dad asked me to plan a trip, for wdw, for the 13 of us. He pays.

Magic band, Music vrs Art of Animation, guac?

To sum it all, with the new system, I feel like I am starting all over,

We will fly in from Canada around the 26th and stay for 6 days. 7 adults, 1teen, 5children.

2 children have severe ADHD and opposition troubles - waiting is tremendoualy painful.

Last time on april 2013, we stayed at the Roverside Port Orleans. I am thinking that for 13 (my sister and parents could stay together) either the All stars music or Art of Animation.

New system -suggestions? Where do I start?

AoA has family suites which are ideally located. The regular rooms in the Little Mermaid section are quite far from the buses and food court. Because AoA is more centrally located compared to the All Stars, it a better resort in which to stay.

If I did, I've forgotten about it. POR remains one of my family's favorites when we can get a good rate.

I went over New Years this year and could give you a few pointers or answer any questions you have. I'll PM you my email address if you want to use it.

Research the hotel to see which one you like...

THEN it is the hard part, figuring out the ADRs. With 13...it will be hard to get ADRs, so it is best that you separate it in groups.

Then the FP+....which will be even more planning to figure out who wants to go where.

Mesaboy -ok, forgotten too!! Now that I am going back, and my dad is paying for 13 likely 4 rooms, i'm looking for the cheapest... But the music worries me!!! I'd love POR again, it was so nic for the 4 of us!

I would suggest heading over to the disABILITIES board for information on the DAS system (replaces the GAC). It will help you immensely with these little ones.

Using your MDE and other MDE/email addresses of other adults in your party, look for ADRs for 3 parties (4, 4, 5) at your choice of times. Then, plan on arriving at the restaurant a few minutes early and ask if all tables can be together/close by.
