I know the current max on park tickets is 10 days. Is it possible to extend an additional 3 days without converting to annual passes at guest services? We arrive in a couple of weeks and are staying for 13 days.

Your only choices are to get a 10 day & 3 day ticket or an annual pass.

No. As burberryplaid said, your two choices are either get an annual pass or buy a separate 3 day pass.

Only other suggestion I'd have is to buy the water park and more option with your ticket. That gets you 10 park days AND 10 water park days. So you can take 3 days where you do nothing but the water parks and/or Disney Quest. We've done that several times and it worked out great.

Agree with above and if you have a car I would def look in to other options in Orlando. We have had great non-Disney days ... SeaWorld with half price tickets .... one day we did Sea Life, Wax Museum, Orlando Eye and Skeletons .... Gatorland. So much to do with lower priced tickets.

Also depending on when you go .... and we have brought DH with only a few day ticket ... we will add MNSSHP or MVMCP to one day.

Are you staying on property? You can search for it, but I'm pretty positive there have been posts about the concierge at your disney resort allowing you to add on another 1-4 days (can't go over 14 days on the ticket because then it expires) once you get there if you ask but you can't book FPs ahead of time since you can't add the days until you get there.

We stayed last month. Did a 3 way split. Akl , POFQ and bw. I asked at each resort and at mk and all said we could not add to our 10 day.

Concierge can do it but it's treated as a "guest recovery". It's usually not done if just asked, but sometimes the concierge (It can also be done by supervisors) might feel generous and do it. Never hurts to ask, but don't be surprised/upset if they say no.

Also, if you're staying 13 days, you might not want to go to parks 13 days... I go for 14 days, and only do parks 10 days.

Other days I do resort/Disney Springs and sometimes I add waterparks. I need a break every few days.

Thank you to everyone for the advice.
We are staying at the GF RPC mid to end of Aug. Water parks and Disney springs are good options for time fillers and did incorporate them into our plans (Disney springs at night though)

We did consider universal studios but the tickets are pretty expensive. We also considered non-Disney options much as sea world but we're not planning on renting a car and are trying to stay on property.

I'm hoping that we might have some luck going through concierge for the extra park tickets as recommended by DarkPaw and RachaelA but we'll see.

Converting to an annual pass would be the obvious choice except we're looking to return to the world in Dec 2017 and an annual pass will expire before then.

It's unfortunate that Disney cuts off passes at 10 days. I thought they use to go longer in recent years.

Tickets have been 10 days max for at least the last 6 years... Be glad you're at WDW instead of Disneyland where you max out at 5 day tickets :(

You can buy a 14-day United Kingdom/European WDW pass.

You don't have to be a UK resident to use it, but you need to order it through someone in the UK.

Much more info from mousesavers.com HERE.

14-Day Ultimate Ticket
The 14-Day Ultimate Ticket is sold in the UK and is available to any EU resident. It entitles you to 14 days of unlimited admission to all four theme parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom), both water parks, Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course, DisneyQuest Indoor Interactive Theme Park, Disney’s Miniature Golf and ESPN Wide World of Sports. Valid for 14 days from day of first use.

Those who live in the UK or Europe can purchase this ticket from Disney’s international site or from various UK ticket brokers.

If you have not been to Sea World, it would be worth using uber or other form to get there. We will be at universal starting tomorrow for 3 days, then at the Vistana for 2 weeks, with 10 day hoppers plus water parks. My girls are glad for a resort day, and a day at each of the water parks. But they still want to add Sea World. We will see!

I worked some Disney math for you. 10 day PH $499.00 + 3 day PH $367.43 = $866.43. Annual Pass $797.69. With the AP you get free photopass downloads, merchandise, dining, and sometimes resort discounts. To save even more you can purchase discount tickets from Undercover Tourist or Park Savers and upgrade to an AP after you arrive.
