I am reliving my christmas trip xmas 06. I love the photos and your daily . events. Its all coming back to me. I'm sorry it's almost over. I love WDW and hope to return xmas 07.The Beauty Salon looked lovely and I love the hair styles they gave to your daughters.

Ice cream for dinner. WHAT could be better??? I knew you were my kind of people. I'd get rid of most of the whipped cream, though. Need to save room for the good stuff.

We did a surrey bike a few years ago here at home. OMG!!!! Much harder than it looks.

Oh the tears
at the thought of the end being near!! I can hardly stand
it michelle!!!! The day you leave had always been our
arrival day! The kitchen sink video is hilarious, boy does

I am still reading and thoroughly enjoying every detail of your trip report. We also love to go to Beaches and Cream, and try to eat there every trip. Have seen the kitchen sink, but will have to wait until we go with a large group to try it. We share No Way Jose, and sometimes do not finish it.

I also love that you went to CP for last day breakfast, my favorite . Love the view of castle from some of the tables, can't beat that for disney classic moment. That walkway from toontown to tomorrowland is so nice when the park is crowded, so peaceful.

Once again great job, thanks for sharing all your memories with your friends at DIS.

I absolutely loved your walk down main street. It brought back wonderful memories of my son's birthday morning. Just he and I went to MK for opening, met pinocchio and friends on the way in, and just meandered down main street and took pics with all the statues. It was a very special morning, and I plan to always take an early morning for just him and I whenever we go to WDW. The crowds look unbelieveable. We only had crazy crowds one night when we were leaving the MK during a parade. (duh-rookies you know)
It's so nice to travel during off peak times. My son will be starting school in september, and I so don't look forward to travelling during school vacation weeks. Except maybe Christmas. Looks like you all have had an amazing vacation. I'm sorry to see it come to an end. Have you started planning your next trip????

You gave such great details and I took many notes.

My husband and I decided to cancel our trip to WDW this year so that we could save up more money and do a similar trip like yours in 2008! We will be splurging on a Deluxe for 2 weeks in October. However, my kids (10 & 7) would NEVER eat at the FABULOUS places you did. My mouth watered at some of your meals! Maybe when they get older?!?!

Oh Michelle! You had me bawling there at the end. I have a tug in my heart. DH is due home any minute and as soon as he sees my red eyes I know he'll be thinking "for the love of God, not again!" You see just this morning I was watching a slide show of our photos to the tune of 'When You Wish Upon a Star" and I started bawling then too. I couldn't stop!

We did Illuminations on our last night too (my favourite thing in all of WDW). We went into one of the stores later and I just couldn't stop crying - so embarrassing in a packed store! And I so remember that lonely walk back to BWV, saying goodbye to Disney. *Sigh*

You did such a FABULOUS job on this trip report Michelle!! Well done!

As for the video - oh my, look at those crowds! I feel sorry for any first-timers in that crowd hoping to get on all the rides! Yikes!! But what I loved about that video is the film you took of the stream train. Fantastic!!! We love that train - you really got the magic and atmosphere of it in that video!!!

What a beautiful trip report! You made me feel like I was right there with you! Awwww poor Brenna looked so sad in that last family photo. Again I want to say thanks for sharing your trip with us. I really feel like I am losing a friend since I won't be checking in on you every day. Isn't that silly?

This is my first post on this forum. I have been lurking here for a looooong time. I am coming out of hiding to say this:

This has been the most wonderful trip report I have ever read. The way you added pictures and videos in made it really seem like I was experiencing it with your family. Hmmmm. Is that creepy? I'm so sad to see that "our" trip has come to an end. You have a wonderful family. Thank you for sharing this trip with us.

Note: I'm currently trying to get my husband to buy some land in the country and a tractor so we can sell it and buy DVC. He thinks I'm nuts.
