I'm really enjoying your report! I'm up to December 18th, and we started our 3 day Christmas trip that day, by checking into the BWVs. In fact, we were in almost the exact same spots as you at almost the exact same times! My mom and DD were in Japan picking out my Christmas present when you were having your DD speak Japanese.

And Mom and I were in MGM for the Osbourne lights at the same time as you!

Can't wait to read more!

Yummy yummy yummy!!

I know I've said this before but it's worth saying again...that foie gras was incredible! If I'm not careful I'm going to end up drooling all over myself here at work and then no one will respect my authority.

Oh wait...no respects my authority as it is. :lmao:

Carry on!!

This photo is lovely, the food ones are good too :rotfl2: Good job the meal took 4 hours with all that food, I totally agree with the cheese's, DH loves all types the smellier the better :scared:

Another great chapter!! I love the picture of you all with Israel!! I can see the sheer joy beaming out of all of your faces...especially yours Michelle! What a special moment for a Disney/foodie loving family! What a special moment in time to share as a family before all of your youngin's start to "fly off". Although, I am sure with a promise of a V&A's Christmas Eve you could have them scurrying back together from any corner of the globe no matter how old/how far/how anything!! :thumbsup2 ;) I love seeing such special times happen to anyone...but seeing a family who appreciates just how special that time is have it happen to them...well, it almost brings tears to my eyes (sap, I know...just smile and nod at the crazy woman ;) ).

THANKS FOR SHARING!!

I LOVE the picture of your family with Israel Perez! You all look so happy. The food all looked divine. How nice your family pic will be in their office!

Can't wait for more!

I just caught up with your TR! I love your writing style. What a great trip it sounds like it was. Parts of it are bringing back memories of the special trips I take with my mom, one in particular (see below). The Disney decade idea also rings true. Ours begain in 1993, me, my mom, and my dad. We had made day trips, but this was our first time staying at "the World" (the CR). My dad, though (we quickly found out) is NOT a WDW person :sad2: so after that it was just me and mom. This continued thru high school, college, and beyond. We started with a summer trip, but then in when I was in college added a Christmas trip as well (ahh...back in the days of good AP discounts and when you could get the off season rate (and keep it for the whole stay) by arriving just a couple of days before Christmas). Anyway, one Christmas (01-02) we spent two weeks at the GF (AP rates, remember...although it sounds so incredible now). Anyway, we ate at the chef's table on New Year's Eve. I will treasure that (and the other WDW memories) always. Sadly, for the last couple of years life has gotten in the way and we have had no long trips, but mom and I still make occasional weekend jaunts to the world (Atlanta is not THAT far away, luckily) even though I am all grown. I love our mother daughter trips. So its just really cool that you are giving your kids so many WDW memories too. Anyway, enough sappy stuff...love your report, keep it comin'! :thumbsup2 :surfweb:

PS: I love your food reviews too - your favs are some of mine as well (Cal Grill, Boma for breakfast, V&As...)

Isn't it Christmas yeeeetttt????? *whine whine* Ready for more!!:surfweb:

I love all your wonderful pictures. Your family is beautiful. Christmas eve sounds like it was just amazing. I can picture myself there for dinner, but I can't picture my son sitting at the dinner table for 4 hours without a few meltdowns, and rolling on the floor. I can't wait for dessert.

Its amazing michelle that your kids like the
unique foods victoria and alberts serve. Most
teen thrive on the "fast" foods to survive!
I can't wait to see the desserts, I'm sure
their to die for!! I really don't see how this
vacation can ever be topped!! :flower3:
