I think I am going to bring 3-4 sheets of the 12 x 12 cardstock to let the characters sign on.. that way I can just slide them in our book..

Is this a good idea or would it not look with just the autographs on it.. I could decorate it a little before we go.. any suggestions!

I also bought today at Hobby Lobby a 5 x 7 matte for Ariel to sign my little girl a few words on and then we will frame their picture when we get back home!

Thanks for any advice!

Two things to think about-

Storage? How would you cart it around so it wouldnt be damaged and how uncomfortable would it be? You would also need a hard surface for them to support the page with.

Space?- In my experiance its hard to limit how big/small a character signs esp the non face ones without limiting the size of paper. What would be the backup plan if Mickey signs over half the page?

Another idea to consider is possibly cutting small size pieces of cardstock, and have the characters sign those. I'm thinking 4x6. Have the characters sign those, and then scrap them into your pages along with the pics of your DD with the characters.

This is what we did. We bought our son the autograph book and also I took 4X6 index cards and had the characters sign both. That way my son had his own book and I had the index cards that I cut around the signatures and actually put on my scrapbook pages with the pictures of the characters. It turned our really nice. You could also cut cardstock as suggested but the only reason I didnt do that is because I wasnt sure what color I would use for each scrapbook page before going and I didnt want to be tied to that. So if you use small cardstock I would recommend a neutral color or think it through before as to what colors would work best with your scrapbook pages.
